Hiding these things and stopping our daughters only deteriorates the whole situation. Finally, apne beto ko akal do. Just because he is your son does not mean he has to be spoilt. Sar par bithaane ki zarurat nahi hai. He might be the most masoom baccha for you but could be a monster for somebody. Have a regular check of what he is doing whole time on the net and in his daily routine.

I have traveled solo extensively to coastal areas, south India and north east India and I have never felt scared in these places. But coming from north India and thinking of traveling here, it is shit scary, I have seen bizarre things. The way india is progressing, people are getting educated and all but they are not ready to be “modernised”. That open minded society is lagging big time. I dress up literally like a guy but still in north India it feels like men have not seen women or they don’t know how to be around them.
