When you look at the sick Joker's character model, it shows him and Clayface joker back to back and it shows sick Joker's outfit is a lot darker that Clayface joker's. So I think this is actually game accurate.

On the SWORD subject: It's supposed to be the same sword model if you watch the game's cutscenes carefully. But DC Direct/Collectibles made Ra's and Talia's swords look different for some reason. Probably an accident and/or the need to make it thinner to fit on Talia's hand.

When you say rai’s sword you confused me because it’s talias because when joker got it when Batman was covered In rumble, later in the game rai’s had his sword and killed himself it’s two different swords it’s probably a family crest sword or they use similar swords because it was made by the same person

The Sorwd is because towards the end of the game Talia gives the joker her Sorwd and it was the fake joker aka clayface
