Since 2015, I have lost 2 daughters, my parents, my sister was diagnosed with cancer, I was diagnosed with cholecystitis, followed by pancreatitis, removal of my gallbladder and then recently went through surgery to remove one of my ovaries that was diseased. Had a very powerful healing last night whilst listening to this mantra in my sleep. I am currently going through a difficult divorce after being betrayed by my soon to be ex husband at so many levels. It's healed all the anger and hatred I have been feeling for him and made me realise it was meant to happen for my soul development, the marriage had become very toxic towards the end. it's been a year of practice and I am able to say, this mantra is one of the most powerful ones. Kundalini mantras are especially powerful. I too have experienced this and proceeded to cry my eyes out in a way that I’ve only ever seen babies cry. Water just pouring down my cheeks from my eyes. I’ve hurt a lot in my life and even now I’m tearing up because I remember how god/the universe etc whatever you want to call it, I remember how it said “it’s okay my son because I’ve always loved you and I always will love you. You are special and you are chosen and you are infinite. I’m so grateful you’ve invited me to be with you again. Please know I love you dearly and wish only to be with you always so long as you will allow me.” God even now I almost couldn’t type it out for want to cry. I love god so much and wish only for healing for all of the eternal hurt of humanity and the many centuries of cyclical torment all of our souls have endured.

Hmm, as I focused more on Chakra energy and feeling into my emotions and feelings both internally and externally , and lesser on what the minds thoughts are. Went through a cylindrical vortex of solar plexus and heart Chakra energies assimilating the energy into nurturing healing energies. Thank you this is very effective, I think everyone will see different colours based on their energy requirements for both Chakra and aura energies , geometric shapes, and external synchronicities such as birds, bugs and plants, how their vivid colors tends to assign to Chakra and aura layers aren't easy to understand at first.
