Hello, I have been practising raj yoga meditation of brahmakumaris...for quite some time.....started to watch your videos off late .....request you to pls answer this question....why is it that when I get up early in the morning I experience flooding of previous day thoughts which i try to put full stop...but it occurs repeatedly while I am performing any task.....Example - when I am cooking.....my hands are working but my mind is continuously thinking of past occurred events..and it’s analysis. How to deal with this mind chatter?

Dr ashish i am happy to share with you that placing book on the diaphragm makes me relaxed like anything. I don't feel the need to technically go to meditation as I used to do earlier. Things are becoming clearer. I feel as if I am very fulfilled. I do not need anything. Thanks. I am enjoying your videos.

Sir. I have been doing meditation for the past 2 plus years daily at least 30 mins once. But I started to question if it is really working for me. So far I did not get any experiences such as bliss or peace in meditation except some headaches here and there. When I try to research what seemed like focusing on the breath will remove the thoughts but even with focusing on the breath, I get thoughts. I don't know if there is really a zero thought zone?

Sir in my opinion meditation is nothing but is just opposite of sleeping. in sleeping we are unconscious. So in meditation we have to sleep consciously. That requires lots of practice. Thank you sir 🇮🇳♥️👍

We try one month but when we feel light but we always feel pressure after meditation near two eyes, above or between forehead, always feel so we feel fear and stop that from 3 month because we feel every time and till today when try to sleep wee feel intense pressure forehead and end of nose both side left and right. We meditate at that time pronounce one word Ram and and wee doing laying position.

Sir what about positive thoughts, when someone does good things our emotions say she love me very much , she is very good, she is nice person all positive thought built in our mind. So should we drop such thought too. Because such thought are also temporary, we think so when nice things happen to us. What to do? and where to fix our 'Dhyan'? so that nothing can touch or move our mind and we achieve the inner peace and calmness in our life.
