That is a pair of questions that we viewers must find answers to ourselves using the logic that exists in the show. In the meantime, 14:08 is where we finally start to see Kara visually on screen again. Kara shapeshifted into the new clothes for Erik to wear as a new type of protection for his life forever. Imagine that, the mortal big brother has the immortal kid sister who will always be protecting his butt from harm as she pampers him for all eternity. That is what I call being very careful and being very happy. Rion called Erik a big "Yin Fruit", and I finally get the joke.

I feel like the first ethos was the one Brackus stole from the vault and put in Rion. The second one is more ambiguous. Either an ethos currently existing in Rados that possessed Rion through his dream from 'Complications' or maybe always existed in Rion as part of his creation by the Wizards of Yan

I guess he didn’t about that until now which he definitely would’ve know to trust him from the start, which he’s the healer being the one behind all of his schemes whatsoever due to him becoming a private undercover villain but by all means necessary at the beginning of the Di-Gata Series, he was a major villain working for The Order of Infinis, but sadly he’s been betrayed by Nazmul banishing to the Dark Realm, but however he survived at the very least trying to have a escape plan but sadly it failed thanks to him losing an eye which he generally was knocked out thanks to Rion at some point, but finally now survived out of here at the Dark Realm which he suffered amnesia doesn’t noticing any memories at all but he became the Healer to be honestly fair, Brackus had no other choice to become an ally to the Defenders which he will definitely on the ride in the middle of the road. Near at the show’s final few episodes, He made deal with the Ethos inside Lady K’Tahsh and Flinch to have a more suitable host for Rion, by far which we know that the Defenders have been right into the trap thanks to Brackus betraying them which kinda his motto but to be fair in the plus side of things, he generally honest trained the young Defenders (Azura, Roodu, Maia, and Darr) which it would’ve likely been explored in Season 3 however but most likely Azura would have gotten V-Moth’s Stone but formerly Kara’s Guardian due to the fact she’s been deceased in the energy stone thankfully and Maia’s Origins would have been explored more often, what critical event caused the change in her eyes. But still my apologies, now then back on that topic to why Rion has Perplexingly fooled by Brackus, For people who noticed or unnoticed about the Di-Gata Series within the show itself, He had a relationship with Brackus AKA The Healer at the start of Season 2 which he generally forgot all about the memories of the Dark Realm and before but deep down however, he genuinely cares for him at the first glance. The only proof that he was against the Defenders is when he removes Seth’s Arm replaced it with a rock stone on his wrist which it gets really upsettingly devastated in the midst of time, which I think Rion was in it for disappointment of Brackus’ case in the midst of time He was the one being the suitable host for the Ethos being the bait of this catastrophe this whole time thanks to Brackus, which he’s already been to his death in his Christian camp right afterwards telling back in the beginning that’s why Rion should definitely blame on Brackus for all the damage he cause for him and along with the other Defenders on the way, he should suffered his own taste of medicine for that matter of vileness what he had really done to the Defenders (eventually Rion), Lady K’Tahsh, and even Malco (possessed by Ethos) AKA Dark Malco which right after Brackus’ Death coming up next to Malco’s Death at the Season 2 Finale. That’s why Brackus deserves to be deceased for his actions in the past at the beginning and the nearly end of this show to be exact.
