電飯煲全素蘿蔔糕
材料:
白蘿蔔一斤
菜脯30克
冬菇50克
粘米粉100克
鹽半茶匙
糖一茶匙
胡椒粉一茶匙
油少許
處理:
1. 菜脯,清水浸5分鐘。
2. 冬菇,加入少許生粉沖洗乾淨,清水浸軟。
3. 冬菇,切碎,放碗內,保留碗中水分。
4. 菜脯,切碎,放碗內。
5. 預熱電飯煲。
烹調:
1. 冬菇碎及茶脯碎,放入電飯煲,烘乾令其出味。
2. 白蘿蔔,去皮,切短粗條,放碗內。
3. 冬菇碎及茶脯碎,加入糖一茶匙,攪勻,放碗內。
4. 白蘿蔔,放入電飯煲內,加入冬菇水,加入糖、鹽及胡椒粉,攪勻,冚蓋,大約煮10分鐘。
5. 沾米粉,加入清水200毫升,攪勻。
6. 白蘿蔔已煮至軟身,加入2/3份量的冬菇及菜脯,攪勻。
7. 沾米粉漿,攪勻,一半份量,過濾在冬菇碎及茶脯碎內,攪勻,開住電飯煲,一邊加熱,一邊攪勻,加入餘下的沾米粉漿,攪勻。
8. 預備玻璃盤,掃上少許油。
9. 白蘿蔔糕漿,加入玻璃盤,壓實。
10. 蘿蔔糕,放入電飯煲內,用“煮飯”功能,煮50分鐘。
11. 蘿蔔糕已煮好,用筷子試一試,沒有黏住筷子表示已熟透。
12. 餘下的冬菇碎及菜脯碎,鋪在蘿蔔糕上,壓實。
13. 蘿蔔糕,攤凍,放入雪櫃,冷藏一晚。
14. 第二天,煎熱蘿蔔糕,就可食用。
15. 完成,可享用。
Vegetarian turnip cake with rice cooker
Ingredients:
White radish 1 catty
Dried radish 30g

Rice flour 100g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Dried radish, soak in tap water for 5 minutes.
2. Mushrooms, add in little tapioca starch, rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water until it turns soft.
3. Mushrooms, chop well. Put in a bowl. Retain the water in the bowl.

5. Preheat rice cooker.
Steps:

5. Rice flour, add in 200ml of water. Mix well.
6. The radish has been softly cooked, add in 2/3 volume of the mushrooms and dried radish. Mix well.
7. Rice flour syrup, mix well. Half, is to be filtered into the mushrooms and dried radish. Mix well. Turn on the rice cooker. Heat it up, on the other side, stir well. Add in the remaining rice flour syrup, mix well.
8. Get ready for a glass ware. Brush little oil on it.
9. Radish syrup, pour into the ware. Squash it.
10. Turnop cake, put in the rice cooker. Use "standard cooking" mode, cook for 50 minutes.
11. Turnip cake has been cooked well, test it with chopsticks. It is well if the cake is not sticked to them.
12. The remaining mushrooms and dried radish, put on top of the cake. Squeeze it.
13. Turnip cake, wait for cooling down. Put in refrigerator overnight.
14. On the next day, fry the turnip cake well. It can be served.
15. Complete. Serve.
