Dear Dr. I am on millets diet to keep my sugar levels in control. I eat all fruits and vegetables accept not recommended for diabetics. Now my sugar levels are between 85 to 90 fasting. Am l on the right tract....please guide

Sir all vegetarian things which we can take we will follow from today but reversal is not easy u r great that u reversed it is a difficult job. Thanks for the information and knowledge sir
