I had diabetes from 9 months .my hb1ac 12.5 range. N my sugar levels were 550 at tht time. Doctor suggested me proper diet n exercise n without medication. Perhaps of high level sugars. It didn't worked fr me n i had medicine. It took me 4 months to bring it control. From these 9 months i observed tht lack of sleep was the main cause of diabetes. Waking up late in the morning, no exercise, taking food as we wish sometimes early or sometimes late n , depending on maids .

Fruits have natural sugar!!! Yes, but the regular white sugar is also natural. It comes from Sugarcane. Jaggery and sugar, both are natural. Most of the sugars are natural. No one makes it in laboratory.

Wonderful suggestion.....I had the suger level like this... >200 fasting and > 250 PP since last more than a year I followed as per your suggestion and now just in 15 days my Fasting Glucose level is 109 and PP is just 128 Thanks a lot .. so nice of you God bless you 👍

I am a pre diabetic and I follow this tips... and believe me I have seen immense changes... not only in blood sugar... but my mood and energy in general... for people following this... also see his other video where he suggests to have early dinner... combine these two and your body will itself cure the disease...
