Good message as usual Kevin. Just on a side note the lighting and your camera gives your face an unhealthy hue. When you're treating your patients the camera there looks much more natural. Cameras and lighting are a science as complicated as podiatry. :D

Just diagnosed pre-diabetic. Besides diet and exercise could the use of medication such as Merformin (or similar) help me avoid progressing to full blown diabetes. Like most matters there is conflicting information out there.
