So here we are with another video to address this confusing subject that who should exercise and who should not exercise in Diabetes. In this video, we have explained the relationship between exercise and blood sugar and whether exercise can really help in reducing blood sugar levels. It is risky to exercise if anyone is suffering from type 1 diabetes and also a few people who are type 2 diabetic and are insulin deficient. The rest of the diabetic population need not fear exercising barring those whose fasting blood sugar is very high. People with high fasting blood sugar are recommended to exercise in the evening instead of the morning.
However, in Diabetes or any other disease, the mindset of the people is that they can eat anything and then compensate with exercise is not correct because diet and exercise are two separate things. Exercise does not play any role in the digestion and metabolism of the body while diet does. It is not advisable to depend 100% on exercise Diabetes because diet plays a vital role. Diet is 90% and exercise is only 10% and netter we focus the 90%.
