I knew about scams as I am a d2 veteran, but I got *got* bad in a trade for tals armor in the beginning of D2r. I had done many great trades, it was mega late, and I was desperate. Rattlecage looks EXACTLY like Tals armor. Careful ;)

That’s not true, prices are the same across servers, because you can literally just press the button to change to from America’s to eu, buy the item and then go back again. They were only different in d2 when you were stuck with the server you chose at the start. And most of the lingo is the same as well, as it’s all taken from d2jsp and used in game.

flail is an odd ball . Low level /low damage weapon that only useful for caster with Heart of the oak rune words which require 4 os . 5os flail is worthless. Best armor is 3os for enigma and Best sword is 5os for grief , should be elite class base item.

Good luck "asking in chat" when there's nothing but spam bots, and the actual trade channel self-deletes itself continually. People claim there's no trade channel, yet as soon as you enter a game it will say you've just left the trade channel as well as the lobby.

I know this has nothing to do with this video but I was trying to complete the Arcane Sanctuary on Nightmare yesterday and couldn't complete the map. I ran into a black screen glitch four times in a row after downloading the update from yesterday. I've never encountered this problem during my entire run on normal. You could try one of the usual fixes like hitting the Alt key then the F4 key, or deleting your system64.dll system file. Defragging also can't hurt

the major issue with auction house in diablo 3 was that the drop rate etc. was geared towards making the AH profitable. It skews the market.

Dont feel bad , basically look up high runes , those are worth something, look up the bis uniques , those are worth something , look up bis set items , those are worth something. Rares with everything like mf AND fcr AND stats AND resist AND skills are also worth somethung somtimes. Thats about sums it up, i have gotten 4 characters to hell now and 1 farms hell and i still have nothing someone woykd trade me for...others got lucky first playthrough....but they are probably npcs in the simulation

Nobody has ever considered Ist a high rune at any point in D2. Ohm and Lo are generally considered to be the cut off point for a high rune. Seriously, you should correct that. This is going to be incredibly annoying now for trading between veteran players and newer players that are listening to this guide.

Most people won't buy things for lower values because they can farm them themselves. Generally you can make trades for niche or non-end-build uniques/items for between ko-lem, but anything under that and most people will either trade for the rune they need with 1 base level higher rune or 2-3 runes of lower value. Chipped gems aren't worth trading for because you can literally just take a higher level character into normal and farm them easily. The trade system is just bartering, with the specific runes mentioned merely a baseline for comparison. Just because you don't understand it and are mad because you aren't getting items that are perceived as valuable doesn't mean it's a bad system

Ist is not a high rune, there is not an standard on that but most people agree on vex-ohm onwards are hr. Also you say ber is 28 ist and jah is 38. Why is that? Ber has lower drop rate than jah and is used waaaaaaaaaaaay more than jah. You would be lucky if you find someone to give you a jah for a ber 1 to 1 most tims you will have to give jah + some other hr for a ber. This guide is definitively wrong as most of the content you publish about d2.
