Diablo 3 One Billion Gold Wizard Set Overview

This is the first 1 Billion+ gold build I've done post 1.0.8. It seems that the economy has more or less recovered by this point as this set achieved similar stats to our old 1b gold Wizard sets. The viewer who paid for this set wanted to use 3 pieces of BoA gear, so the final stats will not show up. It should be around 215k dps, 41k life, 700 all resist, and 3.8k armor and have no problem farming MP10.
