I'm so sick of farming gear in helltides, but it really is the only place you can farm it.. Great way to break the game Blizzard, simply overtune one thing thill nothing else is relevant

I can only farm helltides for 2 days straight with no sleep for two months straight before I get tired of farming ga gear there. And in my experience the drop rate for 2-3 ga gear is higher in pits.

Regular "uniques" which ironically aren't very unique, seem to be better for selling than using. Not sure why they made uniques so meh... I guess now they have "uber" uniques for that.

there are a few that are good for certain builds but in general your definitely right especially due to the new upgrading system at the blacksmith its made a lot of them very sub par unfortunately

It's hard to build your threat level at blood maiden. Try this... Enter helltide zone and open your map. Plot a course that will circle the zone hitting all chests. Along the path, do all spires (hell and blood). These spires will net about 200 cinders and lots of threat. You'll find yourself spawned on constantly. Killing the elites and other minor things along the path will net you more 2-3ga gear than maiden. Chests also have great ga chances. I've found that maiden tends...tends to drop 1 ga gear... As you state...quantity over quality...tons of useless 3 ga gear....uggg Edit. You can finish each zone in about 20 min...giving you last 15 to farm maiden if you wish The worms that spawn on you don't happen at maiden...no threat level at maiden... Killing maiden over and over for cinders then riding to chests...no threat level and wasteful as you crisscross zone over and over... Shrugs. All my gear is 2-3ga and I don't trade (and I follow build guides [and I have proper ga...not ga just to ga]) Also...sigh...if you only pick up ga gear and STAY in the helltide all hr, you'll make your gold off whispers and you won't waste half your time in town...just saying ;) I leave 60+ legendaries on the ground in every helltide I go to and I carry back 20 -30 ga items

I noticed that leaving legendaries seems to give me better odds at gas as well. It's like the game realizes I'm not picking up what it's putting down so it's starts dropping things I actually want.

Take advantage of the Pitty mechanic when tempering items. Its not proven to exist exactly, but it does work. Happy hunting 🔥🏆🙏

did you use a mindcage as well i find that helps quite a bit and put at least 1 heart in to summon rather than letting others as you get more loot I usually get at least 1 GA every couple of rituals

Question regarding items, do we do manual tempering first, then upgrade? Finally reach 100…

tempering needs to be done before so the item has all affixes on it then you do the masterworking which is essentially new upgrading system.. however its a bit of a gamble with tempering so always do the enchanting of an item ie changing aspects and especially the rerolling of a specific affix after youve tempered the item so you dont waste lots of money followed by kinda ruining it at the tempering attempts
