When you reroll the socket colors of an item with a chromatic orb, the requirements for that item influence the chance to get certain colors. E.g. having an item with a high dex requirement and nothing else will most likely result in 4 green or 3 green and 1 other socket, sometimes 2 green and 2 other sockets, and very unlikely just 1 or even 0 green sockets. On the boots you tried to get 3 red and 1 green socket, you would have needed an average of 227 chromatic orbs for that to happen. If the boots required strengh instead of dex, you'd get these colors with just 4 chromatic orbs on average.
@amberle01 Жыл бұрын
though there is a crafting method to get off colour sockets on such 4L items (greens on a STR basis for exemple), just through the crafting station : first, get 2 sockets on the item, then make them green through the crafting station, then chose 3 sockets on the crafting station, if you get a green socket, then it's good, if not, go back to 2 sockets and retry .... same process for the 4th socket, it's usually way less expensive than crafting with chromas since it only takes jeweller orbs which are wayyy more common than chromas.

Some quick advice: For your inventory management problem, not everything that the loot filter shows is good. In fact most of it is probably garbage. I there's something that works on your build (i.e. a bow, rings, amulets, etc.) then you can pick it up, identify it with a wisdom scroll and if it's worth keeping then put it in your inventory or equip it, otherwise just drop it. Another thing you've probably heard a lot by now, your resistances are seriously important. Most of the content in the game is balanced around your resistances negating 75% of the elemental damage you're taking. If you have it any lower, then you're taking a ton of damage that will almost definitely kill your character so make sure they're at 75% at all times, except chaos resistance which you should just try to keep above 0% Hope you have fun with the rest of the game :)

I agree, you are the ultimate filter when it comes to POE. Diablo kind of created a bad habit that you must loot everything. In POE you want to loot things that's worth your time, otherwise your losing time from progressing/farming. Also, for the *pacing* of the game, your doing fine. Eventually you'll find out some quests you can skip, and others you won't have to interact with npcs unless it's necessary. POE's questing continues as long as you remember and know the steps that is required for each one, and you just talk to the npc to get the quest reward. All and all, best to have fun, and learn as you go. Took me a bit of time to progress in POE to the point i am and there's always so much much more to learn.
@Bigfootuss Жыл бұрын
@@NyxVellumAnother thing about the resistances is spell suppression as well. Spell suppression basically halves the amount of damage you take from spells and most of the elemental damage that you take is from spells. In order for spell suppression to be truly useful, then you will need 100% spell suppression in total, which you can get as a modifier on either boots, gloves, helmet, body armour, or a shield, so keep that in mind! Also, in order for an item to be able to roll spell suppression as a modifier, it needs to have evasion on it, so if you are going for spell suppression, then make sure that you have at least above 90% in order for it to be useful, or if you find a way to make it to be 100%, then you will really feel much tankier than you do now. If you combine spell suppression with capped resistances, then you will literally make it so that a spell does 12.5% of its damage instead of the original 25% when you have capped resistances at 75%. Hope this helps and keep up the good work!

Unique(Orange) items are mostly build enablers and very situational. Rare(Yellow) items are usually a lot better while you're leveling as their stats are a lot less restrictive compared to many uniques, although there are a few exceptions. As many people have already said; focusing on getting 75% in all resistances except chaos, and as much life as possible, is the way to go during the campaign. Also, the rainbowed colored currency item in your stash lets you reroll the socket colors on your items.

An important thing regarding the filter - its universal. Regardless of your build, it will show you minion wands with a separate colour. But there is no reason for you to pick them up in such low lvl areas if you are not playing with minions. In addition, the most valuable items during campaign (apart from good levelling uniques) are. 4-5-6 links but filter does not know if you already have 4-link gloves and will highlight all of them. So in a nutshell, even with Filterblade filter, you do see way more stuff than you actually need. Every player eventually will come to the understanding that “there is no reason to pick that up” or even “I do not really need 1-4 quality gems, it is not worth it”. After it is also normal to go and tweak filter for yourself, or pick someone’s already adjusted. I personally have 2 filters - for early league, when it is still worth to check some stuff and collect some divcards for example, and a strict lategame one. Eventually inventory management will be quite easy and swift.

Alright! As a person who plays path of exile there are some tips i want to give you right now, mainly the passive tree. 34:03 by going off of this second, the noticeable passives you should get are as follows: _Charisma_ (above where you start) it gives you mana reservation, which means auras cost less(ps: the aura i mainly use is grace) which means more room for mana and so, less problems. _Revenge of the hunted_ ( right of charisma)solid choice for any person who starts as a shadow, evasion rating and life. _Heart of oak_ (below charisma) good cheap choices. _Swift venoms_ (below herbalism) INSANE DPS. _Multishot_ self explanatory. _Intuition and Quickstep_ doing both together cause of the same purpose; suppress spell damage(something a shadow wants). _Blood drinker, Blood siphon and Clever thief_ good reliable defenses. (Only if you have the regrets, refund constitution. It’s alot of points wasted for things that are a little closer to you.) ASCENDANCY 💫💫💫 you should go for your next ascendancy after gaining access to the ‘blood aqueduct’ in act 9, and doing the ascendancy after that one after mapping a little bit(but idk if you wanna go that far) but pick _Nature’s adrenaline_ it’s ridiculously strong. 🔥🔥🔥extra stuff to worry about!!! Use your crafting bench. You have a decent idea whats best for your armour and you’re getting crafting recipes for your hideouts crafting bench. Sell transmutations for quick scroll of wisdoms. You don’t have to pick up every rare that you see, only pick up bows, quivers and maybe boots and gloves. The orange items are ‘unique’ and are named and have broken stats for the acts. Press ‘C’ to look at all your stats. Click on a custom stash tab and click affinities for it, if done correctly, you’ll get an insta-handy-item sorter(by pressing control and left click) Idk, that’s pretty much it! But this is a super fun series so please continue!💫

@RmZD Жыл бұрын
What they mean is only physical and/or chaos damage can inflict poison. They don't by default without any chance to poison ofc tho. But even with 100% chance to poison, fire/cold/lightning damage will not apply poison. (unless you have something that says "all damage can poison" but thats an very uncommon thing to find) This rule stands true for all ailments, with ignite only coming from fire damage, shock with lightning, chill/freeze with cold, bleed with physical. Notably physical can apply both poison and/or bleed Lets say you do fire and phys and chaos with one attack with a 100% poison chance, the poison stack applied will only be based on the phys/chaos part of the hit. But the hit COULD apply both ignite and poison, if for some reason you had ignite and poison chance.

Hey there, I have two really good tips for you : 1- When you recolor an item using Chroma orbs, the item will get the colors more accordingly to its stats. For example, since your Goldwrym boots are Dexterity boots, you got a lot of greens while rerolling. So getting 4 reds on that boot would be extreemly hard (I don't remember the chances). There are some items with dex/str or str/int stats, which makes them equally likely to hit their according color, the 3rd one less likely. There is another way to do this, which is to craft colors/sockets/links on your crafting table. Generally those are cheaper, but sometimes people would like to try their luck (especially with 6 linking their items, because it really pays off if they hit it) 2- In your stash screen, when you right click the stabs at the top, there should be some options to what type of item can be stored there, also another toggle for that stash tab to instantly recieve the item you Ctrl + left click on (I forgot what this option was named, but there should be a single toggle on there iirc). This way, you wont need to go to that specific tab in order to drop your items. Just set them up correctly, and spam ctrl + left to dump your stuff. Hope this helps!

Fantastic episode! It's a lot of fun watching, this series has become one of the things I genuinely look forward to the most. I have a simple/fun suggestion for mana if you are interested. If you take a mana potion, you can do what I call 'blue goober crafting' by using Orb of Alterations on a magic (blue) mana flask. What you'd be looking for is the 'enduring' mod, which says "Effect is not removed when Unreserved Mana is Filled". This way the mana potion just slowly and constantly fills your mana back up after you use it for the full 6 seconds or whatever the time is on it. It's a great way to mess around with the crafting system to solve a problem. You can even try it on a flask you already have!

@@NyxVellum you can also look for mana leech on your passive tree. Even little amount makes wonders.
@josephstafford7741 Жыл бұрын
Also incase no one has told you, you can lock your skills gems. This prevents them from leveling up. The benefit being that the higher level they are the more attributes they require, or it may cost more mana to cast them. In certain cases you dont want to level certain gems past a certain level. So if a gem for example has a dex requirement of 120 but you only have 116 you can lock it to prevent it from nulling your gear. It will still gain exp to the next level but won't level up until you unlock the gem. If you let it level up anyway without having the correct attribute requirement your gear will turn red and all of its effects and gems will be null. Meaning you get none of the stats on the gear, and the gems you have socketed can't be used until you fix it. You can decrease the level of a gem by taking it to a vendor and adding a skill gem you want to decrease the level of and 1 orb of scouring and it will give you that skill gem one level lower.
@OneEliteGeek Жыл бұрын
General Tips: Search for "leech" on your passive tree. Many people with similar builds use leech to manage mana. Unique (Orange) items are just that; unique. They have modifiers that are special or not usually able to be on that piece of gear. Unless the unique is specifically doing something for you, a Rare (yellow) item will be better. For example, the Skullhead helm is for minions/necromancers so the only positive it is giving is the +10% elemental resistance. Because there is no "gold" system, if an item stinks, just drop it on the ground and keep moving on. Going back and forth to town to sell is not really a good use of time. The items you get in return are of very low value. 7:30 - Opening chests raises your alert level 18:20 - Sniper's Mark and Mark on Hit should be linked. Steelskin is often slotted the same armor piece since is doesn't using get linked with anything. It has no effect with the other gems. 21:20 - Try to stay further away from enemies. Use your Dash. Arrows can fly your full screen length so you should not try to tank any hits. Your defensive layer is evasion which is either a complete miss or a complete hit on you.

I absolutely adore the series - the glee when you tried heist was great; that's what gaming is all about! I've tried to compile a few concepts I've learned myself below - I hope the information isn't too invasive: a. Gems bought from Lilly start at Level 1; a great place to get hard-to-get gems, but they will only be very effective once they level up. Those purchased from gem vendors prior to Act 6 have levels. b. Pieces of gear with many linked gem slots mean a lot! Many players forgo any old gear for a 4-, 5- and especially 6-link. c. Language in this game is exact; for example: 'Can Poison' does almost nothing if you have no 'Chance to Poison' as well. d. Crafting is very powerful at any point of the game; finding a linked piece of equipment, throwing an essence on it, and popping on some resistance or life from the crafting bench is a great way to stay alive! e. You can survive through any attack in this game, given the proper defenses; they usually start with 75% Cold, Lightning, and Fire resistances - Chaos, too, if you're able, and life/energy shield! f. Don't pay too much attention to the game's red, green, and blue colors; they don't directly conform to the normal warrior, rogue, and wizard roles - everyone can find good in anything. g. Better Mana Potions can be bought at vendors or upgraded if you sell three of the same kind to a vendor. This 3 -> something new works with many elements in the game. h. The filter you use has many strict-ness settings - you can up it by a notch from the website if the loot is overwhelming. Some would disagree with doing this this early. i. Focusing on one aspect, such as your poison, is an excellent tactic in the game. Get some 'Chance to Poison' on the tree and then get some 'Increased Chaos Damage' or '+ Choas Damage,' and you'll be set! Anyhow, no matter how you choose to play, thanks for a great watch!

People probably mentioned this but the general rule of socket colors is simple: red is armor (str), green is evasion (dex), blue is energy shield (int). If you have for example both evasion and energy shield on your gear piece red color has lower chance to appear while green\blue have higher chance. It can take a lot to get 3 "wrong" colors on 4 sockets gear piece, even worse for 6 sockets. For weapons it's what attributes they require. If you have tight gem setup and you really need right colors, there is a trick with crafting bench that can bypass rng, many people use it and you will need 20+ jewelers orbs (better watch it on yt): bring gear piece to crafting bench, scroll down and find option add 2\3\4 etc sockets to your item, try to have only one socket to begin with (or two but try to get one color that you need before you start) and add 2 or 3 sockets, if new socket has wrong color revert back to 2 and add 3 again, then 4, if no back to 3 and go back and forth until you get it.

14:40 poison in poe is a bit complicated, but the gist is: everything that does either physical or chaos damage can do poison, if you have chance to poison on your gear, the skill or support gems. So you could for example use Seismic trap, that does physical damage, have Herald of Agony for 20% chance to poison, add a poison on hit support for 40% and skill 25% on the skill tree on the far right (the notable is called Fatal Toxins, the 2 small ones before that give poison chance) and you get to 85% chance to poison with each hit. The way poison deals damage is that each hit gives a stack of poison and it deals more damage, the more stacks it have, so to scale the damage of poison you want to hit more often (to get more stacks) , more physical and chaos damage (as the poison does 30% of the hit it applied per stack), damage over time multiplier as a damage multiplier, and increased duration (so the stacks last longer and deal more damage that way)

It's good to note you can set stash affinity for something like the stash locker or your stash in general. In the stash locker there is a checkbox in the bottom right that if you click it will cause whenever you control and left click on an item at your stash it will automatically move and store heist items to the Heist locker. Same goes for the Expedition. It can work as well for your stash tabs in your bank if you right click on the tap and click what affinity you want to set it to so that it automatically stashes it in the right tab. Having that set up greatly speeds up your time in town.

You will first find Alva (Temple) in 'The causeway' - Act 7. You will find these small temples and connects doorways and upgrade and chance rooms. Once you played all the small temples you can the run the temple you put together. Btw you don't have to go back to town every time you find something. Just ID it and throw it on the ground. You will find a lot of the same currencies just by killing monsters that you get by selling items in town.

Great Continuation! I look forward to these videos every week :) You are at the start of Act 8! which is the point you should be completing your 2nd Lab before moving forward! looking forward to it. But your defenses look a bit scary, better to visit the tip below and use your crafting bench to fix your resistances where you can add a suffix or + life as a prefix. I saw an ''Orb of Binding'' in your inventory, they are an amazing ressource in act 4+. They take a white item that you can buy at the vendor and transform it to Rare WITH 4 LINKS!. Its the cheapest way to 4-link a new piece to replace an item that you equipped early. We can see in this video for the first time that your damage is starting to lag behind which is probably a good reason why you feel the act is so long. At this point almost all your items have at least 4 links as they should which is great, but you are not really utilising those 4 links, i see your main damage abilities using 2-3 links., which is a good reason why. Another easy way to ddip your toes with some entry level crafting is using those essences you have at the bottom of your currency tab on act8 white gear and accessories to hope for an upgrade. Keep up the good work! It was so wholesome seeing your reaction to your first heist

OK, some information about changing colors on sockets on items. When changing socket color, you need to know that the type of defensive the item has will determine what type of color is most likely to roll on the sockets. When you use a Chromatic orb on an item with Evasion, you get mostly green sockets, On armor you get mostly red, and energy shield you get mostly blue. So the boots you were trying to get red sockets on were evasion rating boots, which means that all the sockets have a WAY higher chance of rolling Green. There is however a little fun trick that not many people know about with the crafting bench (This DOES however require quite a lot of JEWELLERY ORBS), When you use the Crafting bench and place the item in there, in "other" crafts you get the option to craft "two socket", "three socket", "Four socket" and so on, using these crafts the correct way will give you a less pricy way to get "Off color sockets" (An Off color socket is a color which the item does NOT have a high probability of rolling, such as evasion boots rolling blue or red sockets) 1. Use "Two socket" craft on the item you want to color in off colors. This will force the item to have 2 sockets. 2. Use "At least two (Color) sockets" craft to guarantee the 2 sockets to have a certain color. 3. Use "Three socket" craft to force a third socket onto the item, this does NOT re-roll the colors of the 2 sockets already on the item. 4. If the color of the socket was not the color you wanted, use "two socket" craft again to go back to the original 2 sockets. 5. Repeat until you get the correct socket on the third socket. 6. Do this again with the "Four socket" craft, and go back to "three socket" if you do not get the correct socket color. repeat until done. This is something i get to help my friend with every league even tho they have 4,000-5000 hours, it's just soo much in this game to learn so this is something they keep forgetting haha... Hope it wasn't too confusing of a read. Hope you're having fun mate.

Hey ! Great series, having a blast watching it ! Since backseating is encouraged, here is my part: at some point you where reforging the colors of your new boots, and always getting mostly green sockets. Thats because the colors a weighted (?) towards the attributes required to wear the boots. These were agility boots, so you will mostly get green sockets. Il you want red an green sockets, there are hybrid strenght/agi boots (that give armor/ evasion, also a link between attributes and armor/evasion/energy shield). Anyway, its always good to look at the type of armor you wear, you can deduce the colors the sockets are (mostly) going to be

You might have figured this out and just not mentioned it, but I feel like you'd really appreciate making the connection. In act 2, you were tasked with killing the 3 bandit lords. One of them was northeast of the Act 2 town, and the bandit was at a broken bridge. In Act 7, the town is on that broken bridge. Later in act 7, you went through the chamber of sins (which you also explored in act 2), and exited through a tunnel in the bottom, after which you came out through a cave. This cave is where you fought the bear for a side quest in act 2. Following that, you went to a little fort and fought Greust. That fort he was in was the Act 2 town. After that, you followed the same zones you went through in act 2, southwest of the act 2 town, except instead of exiting the act through the vaal temple as you did in act 2, you proceeded past it to Arakaali's temple. Act 8 takes place in the same town you were in in act 3, and if you pay attention to the areas, you'll notice a lot of parallels between act 8 and act 3 in the same vein as the above.

*Some stuff I can tell you to improve QoL:* - If you want a better mana / life flask, you can sold 3 of the same flask to a vendor (like 3x colossal mana flask) and it's gonna give you the next better flask of that lineup. In my example, you would get a sacred mana flask. Just watch out for the level requirement. - The best way to deal with mana problem early on (imo) is to get an Enduring mana flask. The Preffix is : #% Reduced amount recovered, Effect is not removed when Unreserved mana is Filled, Effect does not queue. Mainly the mana recovery doesn't stop when when you have full mana again and it's gonna keep going until the end of flask's effect. You'll need some luck but the best way to do this at your level is to use an Orb of Transmutation on a regular mana flask to get it to magic rarity and then use Orb of alteration on it until you get the right mods (Enduring in the name). - You should fix all your flask with the method mentionned above (Orb of Transmutation + Orb of Alteration, enduring is just for mana) until you can get some nice mods on them. RNG can be a pain so don't waste to much time on this because you'll be upgrading / changing your flasks regurarly still. - At some point you're gonna find Instilling orbs. You can use them to enchant your Utility flasks (Flasks that gives temporary buffs, not mana or life flasks) so they'll trigger automatically under certains conditions. For example : "Used when charges reach full" (combined with "Gain # charge when you are hit by an enemy" is really good but harder to get) or "Used when an adjacent flask is used" are pretty nice and useful enchants. - My way of playing Path of Exile (keybinds) : I like to use my mouse buttons for all my major flasks (quicksilver + life/mana + 1x Utility), my right click for my primary skill, Q-W-E-R-T for my other skills (depends on build) and I don't know why but I really like keeping my 'S' key for an emergency flask (like a life flask with the Seething mod --> Instant recovery of X amount of life). I ALWAYS set my 'W' to a travel skill (dash). In my head it's like a "go forward" stuff in a lot of games so I like it that way. - Theres a few different ways to color sockets on an item but you have to remember that the socket color is linked to the item base stats : * Green for Dexterity (Evasion) * Blue for Intelligence (Energy Shield) * Red for Strength (Armour) So the boots you were trying to color at 10:41 were most likely to have green sockets as the outcomes and less blue or red because it was evasion based. If it was, for example, Evasion and Armour based, then green and red would be more likely to be the outcome (compared to blue) - Also don't forget to check out the crafting bench. It's the easiest way to get the colors / sockets you want on an item. There's a better way to color sockets on an item with Jeweller's / Chromatic orb and the crafting bench (to get off-colors) but it's a bit more advanced and there's plenty of youtube videos on that topic explaining it better than I would. (I know you don't want to look for a guide but just saying hehe) - Better the quality of an item (upgraded with Amourer's scrap or Blacksmith's Whetstone), better the outcomes when using an Orb of fusing. - You can hold shift while applying an orb many times on an item so you don't have to select it every time :) - Main skill should be 4x linked at this point, some comments have pointed out some nice tips for your build. With all that said, man you are phenomenal for a first timer on PoE. First when I played on 2013, I made it to Act 2 and wasnt able to kill the boss (I think there was only 3 Acts at the time instead of 10). I've stopped playing and only came back in 2018. Doing all that progression only with Discord / YT comments, it's quite the achievement ! Amazing series.

There's a little tip regarding item sockets that might help you out: When re-rolling socket colours the required stats of the item dictate the percentage chance of each socket colour rolling, so an item which just requires x dexterity has a very high chance of rolling green sockets and a very low chance of rolling blue/red. Same for strength with red and int with blue, if you get a hybrid item (for example str/dex requirement) the high chance is split between both colours (red/green) and it has a very small chance for blue. The colour is worked out for each socket which is why you may often see 1 or more sockets which correspond to stats which the item doesn't have, but for example if you had a 6 socket dexterity chest it would be pretty easy to roll 6 greens and extremely difficult to roll 6 of either other colour (thousands of attempts).

About the filter part at the end: you can set the "strictness" of your filter on the website, which means how much stuff it should hide. If you sell a full unidentified rare(yellow) gearset to a vendor, so helmet, body armor, gloves, boots, belt, rings/amulted, and either 1 two handed, or two one handed weapon, you get chaos orbs based on the item level. Chaos orb is the gold of poe, and at the start of the season this free chaos orb is really valuable and gradually switch to more profitable methods and force your loot filter to hide the random gear drops And the items with strange icons were fractured gear: one random modifier(or stat) is baked into the item and can't be changed by any means. Endgame gear is based on fractured items with good baked in mods as you have one less mod to worry about for a perfectly rolled gear

So regarding your tree- Try adding Chance to Poison Support to your scourge. Poison is a stacking debuff, so the more stacks you add the more damage you do. Scourge arrow is great at stacking it quickly because of all the arrows it creates from its spores. Above your starting point near the Shadow starting location are a ton of notes that increase your chaos damage and damage over time. That area would be a great place to look at for scaling your damage. Additional projectiles has anti synergy with scourge arrow, as they dont increase the amount of spores scourge arrow creates.

Re: socket colors So, something that might help you to know is that the chance of getting sockets of the color you want is dependent on the type of armor/weapon in question. A pure DEX weapon (such as a bow) will favor Green sockets over Red or Blue sockets. Similarly, pure DEX armor - like those boots you were trying to mod - will also favor Green. You can tell which type an armor is by the requirements and defenses on it. So, if you want a piece of armor that favors both Red and Green, you should look for one that is DEX & STR (ie, gives Evasion and Armor Rating). You can also use the crating table to guarantee rare combinations of colors to a certain extent, though you'll need to save up chromatic orbs to do it.

You can make your stash work more effectively for you by setting affinities for certain tabs (open a tab and click the name of the tab at the top; be sure to click the checkmark when you're done setting affinities). Affinities will allow items to go into specific tabs when you control-right click the items in your inventory while your stash tabs are open without needing the specific tab to be open. You've got a bunch of non-currency crap at the bottom of your currency tab for instance.

regarding the colour of sockets: they aren't random, the likelihood of a colour is based on the attribute requirements. So evasion boots (dex requirement) will roll mostly green sockets. Armour = red etc etc. The higher the attribute requirement (requires 200 int etc) the higher the chance to roll that colour.

Eyy, i caught up with this series. Been playing since closed beta myself. Dropping some pointers: - The "chance to poison" and poison status mechanic can traditionally only apply to physical and chaos type damage. (there are unique items which allow exeptions, like: fire damage can apply poison, but its a rare thing.) - Chaos is a damage type and poison is a seperate mechanic. Do not confuse the two. - Generally for leveling, elemental resistances and some form of life sustain are your go-to mechanics. Experienced players usually sit around 75% elemental resistances during leveling because theyve learned how to filter through the loot and craft items when in need. As someone who has studied game design, i can say it would not be a stretch to say the game has been designed (especially later) around you having 75% fire/cold/lightning resistance.

A quick tip that might help you in doing your own thing while still fixing issues in your build... Most of the bosses are "checks" on your character. The spider, that was a chaos resistance check. Killing innocence was a DPS and fire resistance check. Brine king was a cold resistance check. If you encounter a boss which gives you trouble, identify what part of the boss fight is giving you a problem and look to your gear and stats to see if anything is lacking in that area. Since the spider killed you so many times, you probably need to look for chaos resistance on your gear upgrades, try to get it to at least 0. Later on in the game (endgame bosses) are where the real mechanical skill checks start coming in, so until then, any content giving you issues is likely something you can fix on your build. Also, put your dash on right click, since you left click to move, right clicking to dash should feel natural and youll remember to do it more.

Some people love it , and the other hates :) Advice below about colours of sockets in armour: Colours on armours are depend on thier base ex. If you have base that have armour - it has high chance to roll Red(armour)socket and low for Green(envasion)/blue(energy shield) If your base has armour and energy shields, same concept- high chance for Blue and Green low for red. I hope i didnt spoiled, GL HF

This is one of my favorite series to watch, i look forward to every episode. As you're nearing the end of the campaign if you intend on continuing to play poe, you're faced with two options, either try to progress through the map system, which will be much harder than the campaign, or restart on a new character in the new affliction league and try to apply what you've learned so far. personally i'd recommend the latter, you can start with a new blank slate and try to not make some of the early mistakes you made and have a new and better foundation for your next character.

I made a coment some time ago but now I could finish the video, and I have a tip: The base item filter that you download is reavealing itens that serve to a vendor recipe. There are many, and one of then is sell one of each item that a character can equip (except flasks) for an special orb (chance, chaos or regal, deppending on the level of the itens). You mostly can ignore the itens on the ground OR you can change the item filter for a more restrict. PS: As I'm writhing this comment, the new league has rolled in, and there is an new ascendecy class that everyone can get that give you an extra bag on your inventory. Fits 2 bows and 4 rings, it's not huge but it's good.

On full inventory: The only currency you probably ever have to carry are the 2 types of scrolls. You will be able to pay items at vendors with currency out of your stash, without having any of it on you. If you want to craft items, there is a slot in the middle of your currency stash tab, where you´d place your "patient" just for that purpose.

Good to see that u are still having fun with the game, the thing with damage is that its best to focus on 1 type, in your case Poison. As for bosses, u might wanna look into getting a good single target skill to deal with those, Scourge arrow is mainly AoE and its something u'll really need going forward. As for Heist, u simply did things out of order, same with Einhar, they give u a introduction run so u get to know how it works but u just skipped that so it just stays in your quest log till u complete it. for the rest have fun and enjoy it!

So every item base is for evasion, armour or energy shield. Theres also bases that have 2 of each. It takes a little time but once you start learning item bases that fit the build youre running currently you only pick up certain items. You can fit the filter for this as well. Having said that the really effecient people just blast through most acts and start picking up items at like level 60 or so

Doing streams of your Heist missions could be good content. Heist is also a good preview of end-game gameplay.

You can have both a minor pantheon (lower several) and a major pantheon (top 4) active at the same time. The items with the circle item next to their name are called 'Fractured Items.' They have an affix that is permanent and will persist if you reroll the items mods. While there is a little visual variation between gear, and some unique items have special models, most visual differentiation comes from MTX.

Some advice as well for survivability; If you check your character screen you can pull up a detailed list of statistics for your character. This is extremely useful for balancing your defences as it will list your "Elemental Resists" from fire, cold etc. You can use your crafting station to add the elemental resistances you are low on to make up for the gaps. All elemental resists should be at 75% excluding chaos resist or as close as you can get to that. Starting in act 5 your resistances take a massive hit, they get subtracted permanately by 30% and those numbers can also go negative which can severely impact your survivability. One last thing, but next time you have 3 of the same size flask, try selling them all together at any vendor! There are Vendor "recipes" and there's WAY too many to cover but hey, it's another thing to wonder about.
