What I dont get... how do you call mapping 'infinite' content, but Pit is finite/limited/boring/uninspired? To me they very similar...

Sorry boss you’re just wrong you can control mapping with modifiers to juice it up or make it easy. The pit is just the pit wow I get to upgrade my glyph and I get one chest at the end. It’s gets boring after awhile

hm, you need more analyzing, pits are same very tedious grinding after 1-3 per day, mapping provides alot more to the gameplay. But anyway, I like to play both games

Well the gems are chase items which elevate the build. Isn't this what we wanted? Reason to grind. Now we need leaderboards and pinnacle bosses to actually be difficult and more of them.

I am having fun with the new builds especially on druid but yeah not much challenge or aspirational content other than the pit but that isn't the challenge most players are looking. Whats hilarious is they basically added a big shield to a lot of mobs cus we are doing so much damage

I play this season about an hour a day, is pretty fun but nothing to keep me playing for long. There is just not much to do after leveling so i don't rush. Regardless, it is a pretty fun season up until lvl 70/80 so nothing new.

100% AGREE I like this season but it reminds me of DIABLO 3 But Diablo 3 has better end game stuff and more clear picture. GR's are 8/10 PITS are like 6/10 They need to add the ALTAR from D3 to D4 and also those random rifts and I think a RUMBLE PIT or like a battle ROYAL mode against insane monsters final 4 survivors get a HUGE reward event. I also think if they can add like 50 more MYTHICS then also add some INSANE rare beyond mythics and add a SLAM system like LAST EPOCH then we could get this shit going ( leader baord ) needed too

Isn't a POE 2 map just a nightmare dungeon that you can juice more yourself? That's all I see. I've said it before but all these games are boring grinds after 100 hours. To me. All of them. I'm done POE 2 and so back to D4, then I'll be done and on to something new. That's fun for me. I agree though that pits and bossing is boring.

What in the world would make the devs think 9 life over 5 seconds would be a usable stat ? I don’t think the devs can be as dumb as they appear it’s more like they are just trolling us. Maybe the goal was to destroy the Diablo franchise ? I don’t know but incompetence just seems like a convenient excuse.

It was 7 seasons of beta access for the full price of the game with the actual release as the expansion for ANOTHER full price... I hate what this series has become... I wish I could enjoy Diablo 4.

After playing POE2 the gameplay in D4 just seems comically ridiculous. Look at that rogue in the video, literally skating around in circles doing pirouettes at mach 5. No real combat at all.

Items boring, gear builds non existing, bad skill progression, non existing character progression........ Why do you even bother to play it at all? The only reason to play D4 is the atmosphere it offers everything else is a bad joke in a genre their ancester once created. There are at least 20 better games out there to play of which at least 3 are Diablo games themself even D3 is quite close in the rankings to be honest.

It's funny, because the 'good' gamers progressed past the 'fun' parts of POE 2 and realised how mundane Cruel and Mapping is. Simply put, it's fundamentally flawed and needs a lot of iteration. Kripp put out a video on this about a week after release (I was still campaign and that point) and it's absolutely true. Here you are though...
