If my gear isn't perfect yet but I can do the normal late game version of this build without Raiment of the Infinite and Shatter, is there a way to make Raiment of the Infinite possible by swapping Hectic to Amulet, Moonrise on Weapon and ditching either Storm Swell Aspect or Aspect of Shredding Blades? Because at the moment my current Chest Piece gives too much Flame Shield duration which I need, so can this be fixed by swapping Hectic to Amulet?

Raiment is one of my fave items in game. But this build requires very high statted gear in order to run it. The quality of life using Raiment with my current gear setup doesn’t feel great which is why I’m running inferno.

You could put hectic aspect on the amulet if you are lacking the needed cdr for it to work permanently (no downtime for sure with that) then you just skip some offensive aspect from ring or weapon for now.

@@gabrielm6393 i just cleared a tier 100 on hardcore using blizzard. A lot less damage but quite tanky overall, especially if you get the heart of selig and tyrael's might uber uniques. You can get enough survivability for 100s without needing perma flame shield shenanigans.

Frost bolt is very rarely used and it’s for cold talrashas stack. Ice blades has a cooldown and would eat hectic procs making us not have flame shield up. Fireball is used in the rotation of this build for the shatter variant.
