Is it possible to do it with budget gear? Because I never find and or can afford gear like that, are you able to do a video like this but with Ubers?

its possible to be a little more budget, if you don't get the max fire corupt on the crown of ages you can run a nokozon instead of the tal's amulet. You can't really go more budget than that. This build is actually pretty budget it only cost about 1 HR to make and the couple of good charms are guls. Its will cost some currency to hit max rez, physical dmg reduction, and the life required to do it

Im planning t2 on nec. How is the HP scaling from t0 - t2? Any good Tips for t2?

mostly making sure you have enough damage and life. From everything I have seen you need at least 3200 life but probably closer to 3800 to be safe

In my phase 3 he summoned the skeletons and went to the middle to throw novas at the same time, is that normal?, it surprised me and since i play the game windowed i change the window and i died.

There is a window when he does the skeli summons that you can still do damage to him. So if you keep hitting him it can bug out and you get both parts which makes it really hard to get it done
