Not exactly. Among all the other Primordials, Black is the only one that Red respects as an equal. Black knows this. Lol i guess it's safe to say that they were somewhat in equal footing in terms of power while they were in the hellish realm, until Red got summoned to the physical world and became a Demon Lord. Which is odd to all the Primordials because the Black lingeage doesn't value power yet they're always more powerful than the average demon across all ranks. So they're labled as weird.

At this point, Guy could have killed everyone in that room in an instant besides Veldora, who would take him some time to beat. Rimuru and Diablo aren't strong enough yet, Chloe just got Chronoa and can't use her powers that well yet. Only her and Veldora could even do anything if Guy used "stop time".

Depending as to which version we follow. In light novel so far shows that he is on par with Guy. However, Guy in the web novel admitted that he cannot win against Rimuru. Also, Web novel suggested that Saturou is the reincarnation of Veldanava. (Veldanava> Saturou> Rimuru)
