His suppressing this power for a very long time and upon its release, a blessing called destruction has been bestowed upon his enemies.

You mean when Rimuru granted 300,000 souls to evolve the three demonesses which resulted in all 700 demons summoned to the battlefield evolving in front of their eyes at the same time. It'll be interesting as to how the anime will portray this as Diablo, the three Demonesses and Rimunu's generals were teleported to the bridge of the airship, it was only specified that the gate for the 700 demons was created overhead presumably over the battlefield, then Rimunu, Valdora and a parallel existence of Valgrynd proceeded into aerial combat into the sky leaving the emperor, a parallel existence of Valgrynd, about eiggt of the Emperor's most powerful men including the Valgrynd parallel existence and Rimunu's generals on the bridge, the rest of the airship crew had their souls disposed of in black flame. In the novels, it took several chapters from different people's points of view to described what happened which was disorientating as basically it kept looping back in time to recap the events after already describing a lot of what happened afterwards.

This is from the web novel, not the light novel exactly. Web novel: basically the first draft of the story and the English version is unofficially translated and published but with permission from author. Light novel: official source material for manga and anime. A lot of parts are different from the web novel. BUT Rimuru fighting the 2 True Dragons happens in both 🤩

LN version adds new characters and spins off the WN content, so it's a bit different from the two versions. I still prefer the WN version because it's not censored and it's the original storyline, where the LN tweaks the storyline to add more characters and details.
