It's because Diablo is one of the strongest characters in tempest that can move freely even though the time has stopped. Including remiru, chloe, guy, three true dragon, yuuki, draguel, testorasa, and shion but unfortunately shion can't endure to move long when the time stops.

No he isn’t he can’t move while time is stopped us is not true dragon level never mind guy level he used to be his rival but he is just completely outmatch compared to guy now even later when he is equal in evolution and has an ultimate skill he is still at a disadvantage Diablo has not been getting stronger for a while and lack a second name resistance to suspended world and has a big ultimate skill disadvantage even with temporary use of turn null i don’t think that’s enough unless we get more info like better turn null feats or Diablo get better at using it then guy is still the strongest primordial with Diablo is second and the rest behind them

@@duranthadeos224 no you people just misinterpreted and maybe missed some stuff in the LN few bits in the rimuru Diablo is low end true dragon level in the current volumes when turn null is active IF we assume his turn null boost is roughly as good as zegion even tho he has rimuru cells and such a big advantage in that department he was just a rival to guy in the demon realm when they were both devils lords had no names no ultimate skills no big head start but now Diablo < guy gap is a last name a BIG ultimate skill difference and a big head start guy can activate the suspended world and move in it Diablo can’t guy has dozens of millions in ep diablo has 6,666,666 Diablo has the potential to surpass him when he get better with turn null and or we get better turn null feats
