Use it before they start to expire. Usually 6-9 imps. Never do it for single target.

if you dont use hand of gul'dan and you have a demonic art (that you summon for example overlord) and you wait that an other Diabolic ritual finish what happen? that you have two stack of demonic art? and if yes if you cast hand of gul'dan you summon two demons or just one?

You would have 2 stacks - the first hand of hand of guldan would summon the first demon in the rotation and the next one would summon the next in the rotation if that makes sense
