Diagnosing a bad a/c condensor fan on a Honda Civic 1995-2000

I got an ac system from a donor car to my 95 civic, fan worked fine when I tested it outside, but now everything is installed it’s not working. When should it start running? When one presses the ac button? Or whenever the compressor is working?

Is the system upto pressure? Has it had all the moister evacuated and refilled?

@@drivewaydiyer6504 here’s what I’ve done. Since I’m a beginner when took down the compressor it lost a lot fluid, so what did did is emptied completely, and put new oil in it. I installed everything, yesterday I tried to recharge it but I think it didn’t work. And that’s why o know the fan isn’t kicking in.

i have a honda civic 2000 but my ac fan stays on swapped out my relays and still stays on

Bad pressure switch probably.👍 check that out first.

Might be your equipment, sounds clear as anything on my phone. There’s a bit of wind, that’s about it.🤔🤔
