Diagnosing a broken RX 570

hello my rx 570 has issue when i turn on the pc keyboard light and mouse and pc keep restarting but my gpu led light blue normal and has heat look like power is okay i tryed another gpu and pc working fine but this gpu has problem pc keep restart and no start up cant see pc bios and black screen pc restart every seconds i tested the 8 gpu ping by buzzer all is make tune what this short?

Start repairing the cards then :). I'd like to see how reballing chips and then soldering them down works out.

If you have the time to do it, you can swap in memory that's faster and or larger capacity than those Samsung 1GB chips, I've done that before on a GTX 760 with hynix 256 MB, I installed Micron 1GB chips from a 1070 and it worked just fine in heaven and furmark for hours, can't speak to if it would work on an AMD card, but I feel like it would at least tell you if the core is broken or just the memory based on the artifacts without a driver installed

you need a customized bios with the correct timing straps with that

@@CmdrSoyo I didn't for my 760, I just swapped the module and it didn't care, I guess it was just faster enough to not matter

I have a leadtek gtx 760 256 bit bus and it actually has 2x6 pin power connectors. It has this problem where once the card is on, the fans run at max speed with no display. The core warms up from the moment it turns on as well. I watched a lot of your videos to try and diagnose it and i can't seem to find the problem. If you can give me some tips, that'd be awesome

hello commandeer I HAVE SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 570 4gb and i cant install drivers and it says code 43 i tried many fix like atikmdag patcher, reheat for 10mins, flashing different bios, and DDU none of them works. the card is detected and it boots fine. AND I HAVE SPARE POWERCOLOR RX 570 WHICH IS BROKEN CAN I GET THAT CORE CHIP AND PUT IT IN THE SAPPHIRE IN CASE THE CORE CHIP IS THE FAULTY ONE?

is that 300-400 ohms on 3.3v normal?

Some cards have low 3.3V resistance. So it's most likely normal. What i would be concerned about if it read in the single or dual digit range

Ik heb een zelfde videokaart. Mogelijk is het een zotec. Mijn videokaart heeft een asus koelblok. Met een dremel de extra koelvinnen verwijderd zodat het niet meer buigt.

Do a vbios mod where you disable channels that are broken
