Diagnosing a Razor Quad500.

In this video we have a Razor Quad 500 that will not stay running. As you ride the ATV it shuts off almost every time you hit a bump. Now it won't run at all. We are going to go step by step until we find the issue. I hope this helps you.

Great vid! Razor also makes a "street bike" model called the RSF650 and one of my project goals is to get one and swap the electronics for a predator. It's roughly the same size as a mini bike should be a fun project when I can get around to it

put some old engine oil or contact cleaner in switches to keep moisture out and keep the switches going.

When I put the two red wires together there wasn’t a spark

Sometimes there is no spark. But sometimes the no spark means the battery is low or going bad.

"Do not lose these screws." Places screws on angled and unsecured flap of tall skinny box.

I didn't think to show me stabbing the screws into the cardboard box so that they wouldn't disappear. They would've rolled away if I didn't.👍
