Thanks for your video. So I'm not the only person with a waterfall pump that hums!! And yes the hum drives me nuts. I had a PondBoss pump for 10 years that worked just great and was perfectly quiet. It finally died and I bought another one, a PondBoss 2300 GPH. Hooked it up and it works fine but it hums where the old one didn't. It connects to a PVC pipe that carries the water up about 10' to the top of the waterfall. The pump does vibrate when I put my hand on it. I wonder if the GPH is too high? Or too low? But the flow is pretty much the same as the old pump. I'll do a diagnostic with the company next week when I have a day off and can call them (they're in FL I'm in CA). Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!
