I have the same Blum #110 hinges that were sent to me by Blum's warranty service to replace all of the hinges on my kitchen doors due to mechanical failure like your (22 total doors). The hinges that were being replaced were no longer being manufactured and they sent me the #110 1 1/4" hinges. I had to drill new holes for the screws in each of the doors to accommodate these hinges. So now, after 2 years, these new hinges are failing on 5 of the doors. They are binding and the doors do not operate properly. I reached out to Blum and explained my problem. They told me that these hinges are no longer being manufactured and that they will send me a different hinge for the 5 doors. I am sure that all of the hinges on the remaining 17 doors will eventually fail and need to be replaced. I just hope that the screw holes for the new hinges will be the same, otherwise, the area where the hinges are attached will start to look like swiss cheese.
