I don't always have a positive ana..but sometimes I do..don't understand that..I do have what I call red dot diease..

Both times I was tested for ANA (ELISA), they were negative, but when they tested specifically for Scl-70, it was strongly positive. As in 8+ times the top end of the normal range. So clearly not a false negative.

Sara Blackwolf Dancer I have recently tested positive for both, higher than normal range.
