Hi Elena! I'm a beginner and I've been binge-watching your videos, I really like the way you show and explain your techniques and the designs you create, you are absolutely amazing! I'm really curious about your machines, do you use a standard gauge? Just seen the video where you teach how to add a fringe to a scarf and it seems smaller than a standard gauge, I'm still building my stash of yarn, so I have ordered mainly acrylic 4 ply to practice, but I really hope one day I have enough courage to use thinner yarns too 😅 Thanks in advance 😊

Thank you so so much for the lovely feedback I am really happy that you are enjoying the tutorials 🙏🫶 Until recently I only had one machine which is a standard gauge brother (kh891 with a kr850 ribber) . I now also have a silver reed which is also standard and I am excited to begin learning using it ☺️

This is so beautiful! Is this pattern something you can knit by hand as well?
@Knitology1x1 Жыл бұрын
I think so 🤔 haven’t tried this and I am not a confident enough hand knitter to imagine 🤗

What is the tension recommended for this type of transfer?
@Knitology1x1 Жыл бұрын
It really depends on the yarn, but to be on the safer side begin with a loser tension than you would normally use for that specific yarn. 🤗I for this sample I used tension 7.2.

Are you provide classes for ribber knitting machine?
@Knitology1x111 ай бұрын
Yes, I have given classes for ribber bed in the past 😊. Usually when I do a workshop I try and give examples for both single and double bed. I do have loads of tutorials for double bed both on KZbin and Patreon. 🫶
