Isaiah 1:11 - 17, is a similar exchange concerning worship in the appropriate manner. Worship with a heart for God. Thanks for uploading this study of God's word. Matt. 12:6 helped my study and your remark, 'Jesus is the new temple where sinners meet God' A key we touched on is our seeing that Christ's ministry began with a Passover and ends with a Passover. This is his first public display of his power and he does it to cleanse the Temple. The first miracle was in private known only by a few. It was a wedding feast; symbolic of the relationship to us, his bride.
