Would Joey switching Iron Crown have helped? I checked and Flash Cannon has 87% chance to KO at that HP. Guess it wouldnt have made that much a difference, but atleast Joey would have a full HP mon in the back who could revenge kill. I think switching was the play to make, but its easier to say in hindsight tbf

no he wasnt lmao, dialga never died to +1 superpower, the exact same endgame happens. they still hard switch into mew on a likely sd, live the hit, get it in range for flamethrower dialga to win endgame

Spoilers That was an a very good Dialga end game by the opponent. Scarf was very good here. I don't know if Enam kills Diagla with +1 Superpower but I am 90% sure it wouldn't, so I don't think the crit mattered too much in the end because Mew would have always chipped Zarude into Flamethrower range. Power Whip would have done it though. I think the biggest issue was that Smeargle was completely checked by their Quavo. That Pyapa Berry tech justshows their well preparedness.

Draft league vs standard singles differences, same reason mons like Krookodile are really valuable in draft while being mediocre by singles standards. I also wouldn't say Mewtwo has put in almost no work. It might have only finished off Ogerpon this week but it still has 4 kills on the season and provides valuable speed control. The fact that teams are made up of mostly non-ubers means that Mewtwo's relatively weak power by ubers standards becomes significantly more threatening, doing things like OHKOing Tornadus.
