Dialing in the Bitterness of West Coast IPA

This man knows a thing or two about brewing great hoppy beers. I've had some of your beers down in Costa Mesa, California. I loved your facility and I love that you have all of these families in there after there little kids sports games. I hope one day that I can open a facility that offers the same feeling and benefits to people out here in Queen Creek, Arizona.

that's literally what a West Coast ipa is. they used to try to figure out how to get more bitterness. hops are bitter. beer is bitter. if you don't like bitter than beer might not be your drink?
