Mr. Iqbal, a minor correction the title of the book by Lt. General Sir Francis Tucker is "While Memory Serves " not "Lest the Memory Fails " it was published in 1950 not December 1946 but it covers the events from 1946 onward to August 1947.

The use of foreign Culinary Institute Agency created word in 1995, to describe ones mother land and the region around it is slavery. Do not mix racism with slavery. After creation of Christianity & Islam Slave bazars of Macca_Madina, Baghdad, Istanbul, Rome & Umrika had boomed. 14 Million African slaves perished just in transportation of slaves to slave bazars in since 640 AD. Slave catchers and transporters were Arabic speaking MohMaddens. MohMaddens killed and/or traded 100+ Million natives of greater India. That is why AfPak area of Indian Subcontinent was the least developed and most brutalized area which only indulges in Khanajungi, terrorism and slavery to to distant foreign masters. Technically slavery isn't gone even till this day. One just gotta trace the money and vote banks. Whites that owned slaves still hold the disproportionate assets and opportunities. The problem of colored slaves is very simple. They have turned themselves into a votebank of their former masters and haven't learnt to be transactional like them. For example, blacks are still following whiteman's religion and haven't come out of that slavery to go back to their roots. Slave masters realized that the present slavery system is going to collapse post WW2 and they simply moved on to the next one. In the present system, every decade there's some crisis and the wealth gets siphoned off back to the white masters. The colored people also keep confusing themselves by not differentiating between racism and slavery.

At the very outset I would add that the partition was avoidable. Now there is no use of crying over the spilt milk and both nations must move forward setting aside the manufactured enmity and must have healthy competitions in terms of sport events like hockey and other fields.
