Glory be to Jesus. When Scripture states, My ways ate not your ways and My thoughts are not your thoughts. God operates in the Trinity, we cannot understand God's way and cannot assume that our Heavenly Father has to exist according to our knowledge and understanding..That is how God is, He exist in His way and cannot exist in our way. ⁠@@maxspringer01Long story short, false Christology equals a false Jesus. A Trinitarian cannot join hands with a Unitarian in fellowship, A Unitarian is the mission field to be marked and exposed and brought to repentance to the true Gospel.

@@bobo577 meh, not even close. I don't hold to a Trinitarian view, but I do not write off my Trinitarian brothers and sisters as people unable to be joined in fellowship. What a loss that would be to me (and hopefully to them) if I did that! The gospel hinges upon Jesus being a man, and Trinitarians believe that. Their belief that Jesus is God, the 2nd person of the Trinity, is a funny layer to the belief when viewed from a Unitarian perspective, but it doesn't break the gospel message, aside from a few cascading implications that I do think are problematic from a logical perspective but doesn't really have an impact on their day-to-day belief. The main issue, I think, is believing that someone other than the one true God is God, which the 1st commandment specifically prohibits. But I certainly understand where and how a Trinitarian believes what they believe.....I understand how they get there and what verses they have in mind. I also understand that the Bible is a bit messy on the topic and so how can I "disfellowship", for lack of a better word, my Christian siblings who are just doing their best with the biblical text as much as anyone else is? I was born and raised in a cult and so I have enough experience knowing what is worth dividing over. This doesn't rise to that level, although I understand that Trinitarians hold dearly to the deity of Christ. I just don't think the Bible holds to it as dearly.
