Since you are giving cooking classes, is this your cookery lab? Your equipments seem to be all special collection for this class since all of them look spotless, not used in daily cooking. That is my impression when I watch your show. It looks like most of them are high quality tools coming from abroad or may be they are available in India. When I buy stainless steel from India the vessels screws are getting rusty or coming loose from pressure cooker and handles fall apart. For milk cooker I have to cover the lid with aluminum foil so that the milk do not get contaminated with the rust when boiling.

Well to look spotless and clean, always wash and wipe the utensils and dry them!👍🏼 And most of the stuff that we get abroad are available in india too! The only thing is its more expensive here! 😂 Pressure cookers handles, i help mom to tighten it you just need a + or - screwdriver for that! 😎

Hi Mahima! What can I substitute for eggs in this recipe? I am vegan and what's a vegan option? Usually I use chia eggs for baking, but for this particular recipe I don't think chia eggs will work. Please suggest. Thank you.

You can make this without egg too. Omit egg from the recipe. Rub flour with 2 tsp butter or oil and then follow the recipe

I think it is 'meal safe'. In older days every house used to have a' meal safe' to keep the food safe ( from cats and rats may be)😄
