Diamond DeShields Returns to Chicago | Chicago Sky

Sky guard Diamond DeShields talks of her journey since leaving Chicago after the Sky's 2021 championship season. After spending 2022 in Phoenix, DeShields was traded to the Dallas Wings. DeShields suffered an unfortunate knee injury during the Wings' first preseason game and was sidelined for the 2023 season.
As 2024 free agency moved along, DeShields signed back with Chicago, making her season debut on May 15 against Dallas. It was the first regular season game DeShields has played in since 2022.
