Diamond Duplex Slitter Rewinder

The Diamond model cantilevered twin shafted slitter rewinder has been designed to be a modular, cost effective solution, whilst maximizing production output. The machine is based on our Sapphire s2 machine, which brings the benefits of being able to slit the majority of web based materials.
The machines simple design makes it easy to operate and has a maximum running speed of 500mpm (1640ft/min). The unwind can handle a maximum diameter of 1000mm (40”) and is available in a range of widths from 1000mm (40”) to 1850mm (73”).
