I just got my second diamond lake trout last night on the shad. It weighed 49.65 lbs. you should also hold the jig button while it sinking.

That first location for me is dead, I have tried multiple times and can't even get a bite, even if I put a float and minow on! That entire stretch of water I have never had a bite!
