I searched and searched around where I live for awhile but never found them until today at a discount toy shop in the mall nearby. They had Vincent and Old Bob but no Max. Been looking for all 3 for several months and was so glad to at least find Vincent and Old Bob finally. Will either keep searching for Max or just flat out get him off of Ebay for a decent price hopefully.

Fantastic Figures! I had to have them when I heard they were doing them. All of the Accessories that come with Vincent and Bob are for Vincent. You missed a couple of things on Vincent. When You pull Up on his Dome, it Extends revealing His Computer Brain Underneath. Also, the Tannish Square on His Front, above the Screen on His Chest flips open. That's where the Drillbit Tool plugs in, which He used against Maximillian. The Claw Arms behind the Opening Flaps On Vincent do Pop Out and You Can put the Extended Versions On Him. Hopefully Diamond Select will give us STAR and the Humanoids Next, with another Display Piece to Connect to the one that came with These Figures.

I just got my B.O.B. and V.I.N.CENT in today. One of my stands actually broke after a couple hours. The rotating part that pegs in the rod, the rod hole broke so I made my own out of wire rod. I have a bender so was simple and it looks so much better. But love the looks and size of the figure. I remember building a V.I.N.CENT model when I was a kid. Not sure what happened to it. I wish they would have scaled Maximilian to match. Great Review!!

Got these a few months ago, love them, my max has floppy arms though, just have to fix them. These come in much smaller boxes if you buy them at Walgreens.

Yes but the Vincent figure does not come with B.O.B in the sets from Walgreens👍🏻

Good luck finding them at Walgreens though. Only Disney Diamond Select figures I've seen have been from Tron and The Rocketeer for the last several months. I grabbed those as well as Tron and Flynn both have pretty close likenesses to Bruce Boxleitner and Jeff Bridges respectively. The Rocketeer figure really doesn't look like Bill Campbell much at all but it's the freaking Rocketeer and this is the only figure of the character I've found remotely affordable.

Just picked up the version of Max from Walgreens, a little disappointed it doesn't have all the bells and whistles this one does... And made by the same maker?

Just ordered these and waiting for the Max figure to be restocked. I have my original Mego Vincent as well. These are lovely. I’m surprised anyone made these. Talk about a cult film!

I pre-ordered these from Day 1 & was VERY impressed when I received them last month - how long have I waited for good quality figures of these Black Hold Robots as I couldn't afford the model kits from HobbyCo Sydney as a kid. Pity they didn't make the black S.T.A.R. robot). Notably Vincent has so many little hidden parts & features that make him a VERY fun toy and worth the 41 year wait ! 'Black Hole' holds happy nostalgic memories for me seeing it in the Sydney cinema strip as fell smack bang during that 'Golden Age' of Sci-Fi / Fantasy circa late 70's & early 80's amongst classics like Star Wars (of course), TRON, Buck Rogers, Battlestar Galactica, Indiana Jones, Alien, Blade Runner, ET ... etc etc. These toys are hand candy to me !

Is the Max figure based on the scale of the film prop? I ask because he seems much deeper from front to back than he seems in the film. If you look at him from the side he just looks way thick to me.

Thanks for posting this, I’ve been curious about these. I have similar looking stands from another company. Loosening the screws for adjustment and then retightening worked for those. YMMV.

Loved the movie as a kid ( hell I re-watched it on Disney+ when I got the figures ) B.O.B. I'm going to use on my Solo Vandor lodge/droid fighting pit display, and Max will be used as part of a Avengers Vs robots display, and yes instructions would help ( I figured some things out after watching the movie again )
