Cooks great absolutely a nightmare to clean. Anything u make with grease which is just about anything its a mess. Now if you want to cook alot of pancakes at once and little cleanup if your good at keeping it on the griddle cleanup is easy. But be careful pour some pancake mix a little to far over into the drain and you will be cleaning for 2 hours to get it clean and dry plus you need a knife and paper towel to get into a tight crevice were waste food piles up. Plus its black plastic hard to see if u miss.

Is it safe to use a metal spatula on this griddle or would that damage the non-stick coating?
