level 3 and level 4 rivalries expire at ppv's, thats why they kept ending, also tag team rivalries are separate from singles rivalries

I would love for you to redo this challenge but custom the draft making it so locals can appear in the initial draft so you don't have to painfully remove a superstar once a week, Also now that the Tag titles are here along with another spot on the match card, would make for a lot harder of a challenge.

When I played this with my brother the first day this game came out he was so confused why I put so much on Rich Orkiawa. I was not sure what would happen but I pushed him to the moon because I wanted a Fighter Heel and he was all I had. He eventually became the most popular man on my show and world champion

One of the ways to make this harder is to use Sonya Deville with NXT UK (facing Regal with Smackdown) while only using cruiser jobbers and only one gender (so only one championship is possible). Kind of like an evil 205 Live from hell

The drama curve thing is such an obnoxious mechanic lol. I wish this mode had some mechanics where you need to get creative and adjust on the fly rather than follow the same formula every time.

It's actually derived from "the good show theory" which is not exclusively a wrestling thing. It's a way to gauge the crowd's energy level throughout the show so they don't tire out when the main event comes around. Before the Women's Revolution in WWE, you can see them utilizing this theory at almost every Wrestlemania by throwing in a random Divas match before the main event. I forgot which Summerslam it was, but they didn't follow this formula, and everybody rated the show pretty low (despite having good rivalries coming into it)

You could always make it a harder challenge. You could use a single class, a single role, onestar jobbers with no cards, no special matches, no titles, and no promos.

It is the easiest game mode because I have done stuff like you, but 50 weeks on hard, and no matter who you have the game seems to give the cpu more breaks at the beginning, but later on you end up passing them up. It's better playing against someone, but I still have fun with the AI. New to your channel, but you can try to do this one again but with no special matches. See how that goes. I have not done a mygm without doing special matches.

I'm surprised you didn't do a custom draft pool. You can make the local jobbers available for draft with the custom draft settings. That would help keep the initial awkwardness less of an issue, and almost guarantee Kyle Slickman. Either way, congrats on the challenge! I have one question, does playing out the matches affect the rating of them? I know in the normal game your matches get star rankings, but have no idea if that's how it works in GM mode.

@@DiamondLobby I can personally confirm that playing out the matches has no effect on ratings. The normal in-game star rating system isn't used for GM Mode. You could play two player and just instantly pin the other player and get a Legendary rating if there's class synergy and a high level rivalry between high popularity superstars, or get a half star for a 20 minute long epic with a low popularity Cruiser against a local jobber Fighter with no rivalry.

U don’t wanna get to level 4 of any rivalry only cuz if u read the Tutorial of GM u shout have seen where all Rivalries and at paper views if you have them at level 3 cuz at level 4 the fan will lose interest on that specific revelries jus so u know

Gm mode this year sucks fucking ass like they don’t even give you access to all the titles, you only get 4 different kinds of matches and can only do those matches 1v1 or 2v2 it’s a fucking joke, during the draft they don’t even put all the superstars up for selection it’s random every time and Why even add 2v2 if you won’t give me tag titles to use for the 2v2s. God it’s not that complicated to make a gm mode for a wrestling game and not too mention they can be extremely fun. But this one gets boring after the first play through

There are tag titles in the latest update! And the reason you don't get all the superstars in every draft is so that different saves play out differently - giving it more replayability. Personally I think there are lots of improvements that are still needed but I do understand some of the decisions, especially with the draft situation.
