I really am impressed with how quickly you are able to place the drills while talking. I actually have a very small cover minder collection but I find them so essential to my diamond painting since I’m in a small NYC apartment and space is an issue.

🤞🌼🌺🌷🌼🌷🌹🏵🌸I truly get how it feels to have your son enjoy the friendships successfully. My son is now 22 and although it was hard he learned with help from star teachers and he was lucky to have a group of supportive kids that looked out for him in highschool. I hope the same happens for your boys. I also went through ablation surgery....no worries it was the best thing I ever did and it also helped prevent further growth beyond my uteral walls and it was a fairly quick recovery. Also I must have a dragon minder now too lol.....have a blessed day!!!

I did a housework blitz on the weekend too, I got my 11 year old to help and we actually had a lot of fun doing it. My sweet ASD boy loves books too and we spend a lot of time browsing in book stores, his favourites always contain sea creatures and animals. I was so excited to see the new fb group and love how inviting it is and friendly. Even with poured glue I go ahead and use my minder on top just for decoration. One of my favorites is a yellow star I got in a surprise box

Thanks Katie for this WIP & chat, I love listening to you while diamond painting. I don't use a "real" cover minder, but rather use "happy stones". Don't know if you have them in the US, but in the Netherlands this became a thing during the 'rona. People paint rocks & stones with the most beautiful artwork and leave them outdoors for other people to find. I found a couple of really pretty ones and they make me really happy, so perfect to use as a minder during DP 😁 🌸

I am so excited to participate in Summer With the Masters this year. I bought a canvas and will have lots of fun getting my accessories together like pens and cover minders. I also love that this does not need to be a new start. If the rules stay the same, I could see me pulling out this canvas each year for this event as it is rather large. Hey Katie. Love the progress on your WIP. Glad to hear the kiddos are doing well also. We just took ours to the zoo for the first time Sunday. I think his favorite part was the meerkat tunnel. Didn't quite make it to the reptile and aquarium part before he got sleepy so he didn't see any star fish. Loving the minder inclusions from DAC in their new kits. Working on a smaller one now and they're coming in handy for the plastic.

The dragon cover minder you used in today's video is so pretty! I love the colors! I love seeing your progress on this HAED project as well! I have endometriosis too. It's awful. I've been breast feeding or pregnant for essentially the past 5 years (a little break between my first and second child). It flared up pretty bad right before my second child and also cause my interstitial cystitis (the bladder version of it basically) to flare up as well. I've had 3 surgeries for it.

I am going to order Little Madonna from Uniquely Yours Down Under for Summer with the Masters. I love minders I have them on my canvas just so I can look at them because of how much I love them. My favourite minder is probably either the little wormie from Labrynth or the exhausted unicorn which says "I'll get over it I just need to be dramatic first" but it does change to others depending on my mood.

I'm in Florida and I am the same way: I am happiest in the cooler months and the rest of the year the heat makes me a big grouch. As a teen, I loved the heat but in my early 20's, I got more and more resentful of the summer heat and the lack of seasons. Also, that cover minder is so cute and matches perfectly with that area of your kit!

This is my first year of attempting events but my fourth year diamond painting. I’m on the fence on which ones I want to do because I have other paintings that don’t fit in the themes but I really want to do them this year. I was just thinking earlier today that I needed to get something else for my ever growing cover minder collection, my little magnetic board that I was sure would do me forever when I bought it has become quite full. I’m happy that you had spoons, I’m always overjoyed when I get an extra supply of them but that’s few and far between.
