Hmm sis sorry about the mortgage that calculation no too accurate o. Not to put u down in anyway o just to let you know if u get a house of say 500k n u pay 5 % down which is the minimum as a first time buyer u are left with 95% as loan which amounts to 475k plus mortgage insurance that comes to 494k now assuming u get a mortgage interest rate of say 4.7 per which is currently low over 25 years one should expect to pay about 2k6 monthly minus property tax😊 not to discourage anyone please. Just want ppl to have a good understanding. ❤
