It’s such a pleasure to watch your videos, Denise and Marc! Through your content, I’ve gained wonderful insights into what life is like in the Greater Moncton Area. As a Canadian who has yet to experience New Brunswick firsthand, I would absolutely love the opportunity.

If you want to buy a property for living with your family, if you’re English speaking Moncton North would be the best area. I am an immigrant and I would recommend not to use immigrant realtors, me and fellow immigrant friends had bad experiences with them. They force you to offer more for the property so that they can get more commission, they force you to write an offer according to their convenience like closing early so that you will be forced to get inspections and bank financing from their friends. Most of them don’t have any idea about economy or building structures, neighborhoods, Canadian culture or values. Most of them used to do Uber before getting license or fresh graduates who have no experience in real estate. Most of them took realtor license during COVID time because they saw opportunity to make money without experience and by using immigrants to buy/sell houses. I would recommend to use local realtors, most of them are honest and have extensive knowledge about housing and neighbourhoods because they are born and bought up here and have been practicing real estate for a long time.
