Is your window is in N version ? eg window 10 pro N or Home N if yes, you could try reinstall with no N version Its work for me

Thank you, it finally worked! I had to remove the app from autostart afterwards and then add it back from inside G HUB's settings but now it seems to load properly with Windows. You have a very nice and soothing voice, by the way.

After doing this (not sure if actually needed, but I assume so) if it's still not working, Open task manager (Ctrl + Shift + escape) and click the more details dropdown at the bottom. Under apps click on the LGhub app and end task. Under back ground tasks, scroll down and end all tasks with the LG hub logo. Restart the LG hub.

To everyone who has the loading problem, even after doing this; simply open task manager then try to look for each LGHB or like anything related to the Logitech Hub and end task, well before you do that you may need to go to more details then do it, and after you remove ALL OF THEM, just relaunch the application.

Yep, didn't work for me. I also tried the service.msc bit listed in the replies here. No joy. So I cannot see what percentage charge my mouse has other than the mouse lights which give too wide a range. Thanks for trying tho.

didn't work for me I start by installing Mid installation the program decides to start up and then both the installer and startup is stuck in an infinite loop. and if i follow these instructions, the crash pad and updater seam to work, but when i try to run the agent as admin it only gives me an error of ''Code execution'' telling me that it couldn't find the ''MFReadWrite.dll'' and that reinstalling may fix this... which it doesn't, cuz i've already done that, 3 times, different ways any ideas? like slapping the dll file in there myself

Go in to task manager and end all the Logitech G hub processes then you can uninstall

I believe that they stated that there are certain "legacy" peripherals that are not yet supported. Logitech said they were supposed to have it all operational but nothing has happened yet from the sounds of it.

This method no longer works (at least after recent ghub update) The new ghub update is faulty. "2022.03". You need to downgrade the ghub version. I was able to make it work after 2 days of research. Having a completly black keyboard. Unistalled the recent GHUB... installed and older version. PUM! works again.

When I open the lghub agent it tells me mfreadwrite is missing so I downloaded it and then it told me that mfplat was missing and downloaded that now it just tells me a error message and I still can't open the agent thing

Still not working for me either. And yknow whats weird, I started a fresh recovery of my windows 10, installed g hub it worked. So i figured it could be one of many things i had installed on my pc before, so i started to install 1 by 1 the apps that i had in my pc. Started with my browser windows edge, restarted my pc and g hub still works ( I did this for all of my downloads, i restarted pc to check if g hub still works), then to discord (works), valorant (works). Then when i installed steam, it started to do the infinite loading again. So a small fix i did made it work again. I removed steam to not start up. Then G hub was doing well for 3 days then suddenly wont work again. I had to fully uninstall steam. take note: its now been 3 weeks since i have this problem and whenever it wont work again i fully recover my pc to a fresh start :( Sorry for the long post this is really frustrating.

First thanks for this solution, it worked. Maybe an extra: Whilst following your instructions and setting Admin rights to lghub_agent, I twice got a message about missing DLL-files: mfreadwrite.dll and mfplat.dll. After downloading the latest versions from www.dll-files.com and putting them in the LGHUB folder and following your instructions to the end, it worked like a charm! Thanks again for your solution, after over a month trying different things an endless new installations!

The files are different for each windows version. Instead install Media Feature Pack for you windows, that should fix your problem.

Logitech make some good hardware, but this software is absolute trash and I'll never recommend anyone getting Logitech hardware that requires using G Hub

I've recently had a problem. I launched "lghub_updater.exe" as admin, then after about a minute launched the "lghub.exe" as admin. It was say it encountered and error and needs to restart. Which also fixed it after forcing it to update.

This glitch has been the most annoying thing for me for almost a year. Everytime you start your computer youre gonna need to do this by the way. I've been a logitech fan for many years but Im seriously contemplating switching over to razor or some more reliable accessories and software. Doesnt work for me. Though mine is stuck on "installing updates". Reinstalling the software doesnt work either. It launches initially, and then after first pc restart, im back at the eternal update. Also, when shutting down the lghub updater, it keeps launching itself. I cannot permanently terminate it.

Tried today and it doesn't seem to work. If you download the installer there is now an option to migrate your previous settings on a re-install.

So, what worked for me was going into task manager and ending all GHub processes. After that, I opened the GHub_agent and it loaded my default profile for my keyboard layout and I was able to get into the GHub itself with no issues.
