Hey! Emotional reaction to the work of a young singer from Russia. I liked it. I recommend watching the video with Diana "Kvartirnik at Margulis" ("Kvartirnik" - a concert in an ordinary apartment. "Margulis" - author, guitarist, bass-guitarist.). The song is called "Rechenka" ("Rechenka" is an affectionate appeal to the river.). This is an old ritual Russian song about an orphan girl who has no one to bless her before the wedding. The concert took place in 2018. Diana was then 15 years old. Informal atmosphere, spectators sit on the floor, live sound. Diana's performance is an emotional bomb!

Hello Viktor, I can only partially agree with the video you suggested. Because the effects (reverb, echo) in this recording are too much for my taste. That kind of disturbs the song. Into the Skies, Happiness, and I call you Russia can be found on her official KZbin channel and they are all beautiful songs with excellent English subtitles. Hi from France I like your enthusiam! Diana says it's her favorite song and it's the easiest for her to sing because it's her natural register! The most technically complex and the most tiring for his voice is Rechenka... But Diana is also perfect when it comes to singing songs that don't have major technical difficulties but which require a strong emotional charge. She is so involved that she experiences emotions to the point of sometimes laughing or crying when interpreting them. It is also this sincerity that make her strength. Great reaction to a great singer, certainly an unusual one, she’s a natural contralto, one of the few in captivity and she does a stunning rendition with it. You requested further songs to react to; I had a quick look at your reactions list on line and saw that you haven’t got any of this artist so I’ll just give you one song by him after which I’m sure you will find that you’ll be swamped with recommendations.
