One thing is that Diana has a dramatic contralto voice, and if you pay attention to this performance, you can recognize that Diana is not only singing, but she is actually playing a role with her amazing facial expressions and looks, movements, silences, looks at the horizon and far away, and walking with tranquility. Masterful role playing! In my opinion, such songs need an epic atmosphere, and the director has cleverly and creatively put it in the right direction with a beautiful and magnificent nature. Diana's operatic voice has multiplied the glory of this saga.

As i mentioned when i requested the video Diana pays respect to her grandfather's military cap on this video at the end, who fought at WWII. War is a bad thing but people should never forget the sacrifices that the previous generations did in order for us to be living comfortably now. If you love Dianas low natural Contralto register more then here are some songs for you to prioritize: "Human", "Baikal", "Unbreak my heart", "Blizzard", "My love", "What a wonderful world", "Crow", "In my huge city". There are many others but i am sure that you already have a huge list to go through, take it easy.

My Father served in the ASA (Army Security Agency) a top-secret signals intelligence (SIGINT) organization and was forced to change his position after marrying my Japanese Mother. I lived on an Island off of Japan near Russia for most of my early childhood (random tidbit of info for the day) and I'm sure my Father was never the same man after he came back from his service. He came from Springfield Ill and both him and his brother volunteered to serve. We don't respect our Vets enough in the USA. The common people always sacrifice for the overlords and quite often war monger class of the elites while they never send their kids into combat.

@@DianaRussia531 True, in Greece like in Russia we had heavy casualties on WWII, there is no family that did not lose someone. One of my Grandmothers lost two brothers and both my grandfathers fought there, one of my grandfathers was just 15 years old. Just to have a small comparison Soviet Russia lost 13% of their total population and Greece lost about 11%. The sacrifices were huge for such a small country, we always commemorate the people that sacrificed for us and we bestowed them with highest of honors, we will never forget, we have huge parades every year to their honor. It is sad to see that veterans do not get what they fully deserve there.

My gand-uncle was killed in Germany late in the war in 45'. It is sad to see how our younger generations do not know how to value and respect the sacrifices of their elders. I raised my two boys differently and they have very different values than most of their peers. As they say, hard times make strong men, strong men make easy times, easy times make weak men, weak me make hard times. Sadly, we are in the weak men phase for the most part and our society and culture is deteriorating an increasingly rapid rate. Diana reminds reminds me that there are still young people that have deep principals and morals. And then she somehow conveys profound human emotion and feeling through her almost mystical voice and deep soul that is timeless. But I think you two know that very well.

@@BombshellCreations these weak men are not only littered in society they are especilly evident in our leadership. I'm saddened that I very likely grew up in America's golden era...and it's over. Hopefully something more intellectual can rise out of the current mistakes that are turning the modern west into some sort of tragic Aesop's fable. I totally see the same things in Diana that you do. Also, all by herself I've dived deeper into modern Russia and it gives me hope (for the decent, humble, simple people of the Earth) although when I talk to most people in the West are so propagandized they can't see straight if I talk about it.

@@Kwstas_Vagias I'm not even sure many out here even comprehend statistics and the actual human tragedy that accompanies those numbers. I'm pretty concerned about all the wreckless activity going on right now. I hope we can avoid something totally avoidable. Makes me sad. Maybe why I'm so enamoured with young people like Diana...or at least that is a small part of why I feel strangely addicted to her.

Да у Дианы неповторимый тембр только народ уже привык к высоким голосам и многим не понять что низко петь гораздо трудней и низкий голос бархатистый голос красивей.

👉 On May 9, 2023 Diana Ankudinova (19) sang the famous Soviet song 'Polyushko-Polye'. She sang it in memory of the heroes who fell in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). Did you see her eyes... so sad. I have tears in my eyes and goosebumps all over. This song has been sung for 90 years. It was written in 1933 and was included in the repertoire of Leonid Utesov (*1895-1982. He is considered one of the founding fathers of Soviet jazz) and other famous performers of that time. Text - Viktor Gusev Music - Lev Knipper I think this beautiful melody is known all over the world and everyone has heard it before. * There are a lot of artists who have sung this song. Here is Helene Fischer from Germany, a very well-known and popular pop singer, - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGi5iaWrndVkbsU Полюшко (Polyushko) - diminutive form or tender (like to a child) of 'поле/ field', that has no equivalent in English (or I just don't know it).It could be something like 'fieldie-field'

In a broad sense, this song is in memory of the fallen defenders of the Motherland. But in Russia there was an equally terrible war between them - the Civil War (1918-1922), in which up to 5 million Red Army soldiers fought on the side of the Bolsheviks alone. The song "Polyushko-Field" was written in 1932 as part of Lev Knipper's 4th symphony "Poem about a Komsomol Soldier" in memory of these soldiers of the Red Army: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5DPiISlnK9sq6M
