As a resident of Russia, I will allow myself to explain the depth of the song. The song is based on an ancient ritual of blessing a girl before her father and mother's wedding. Specifically, the song is about an orphan girl who can't get the blessing of her parents and asks for the blessing of Rechenka. Rechenka in this case is not translated as a river. In terms of meaning, this means the same difference as between the names Mike and Mickey, i.e. the name Rechenka contains both affection and love and tenderness and kinship with the river. Thanks to Irina Ponik a wounded child was able to flourish and blossom! Диана is so sweet and humble. Диана says that this is her most difficult song to perform and it takes a lot out of her, and she won't perform it within a long set of music because of that. You just scratched the surface. Ever since her first Russian audition when she was 13 and performed a Yodel song , a masterful tour de force performance but it was the controversial aftermath that caused issues but when finished the audience gave her a 5 Minute Standing Ovation. They knew she was robbed. ( youtube “ “Yodel Time” ) In my opinion , Diana has the most most recognizable mesmerizing voice in the world. If I hear a song without knowing the artist in advance, within the first 20 seconds I can tell with almost 100% certainty if it is Diana. And wait to you watch her dancing moves at age 13 aboard a riverboat cruise ship pouring out her heart and soul for an hour with 3 or more songs but highlighted by her amazing performance mostly in English of a 1920s cabaret song by the famous composer Irving Berlin called “ Puttin On The Ritz” . Not only does she kill it with her vocal dynamics and expressiveness but I will not spoil the SURPRISE ( a 12 second teaser that Diana offers that if the late great Fred Astaire were watching would be smiling down at her from heaven). If Diana wanted to, in my opinion , she could become a world class.....( I won’t spoil it) Another song worth reacting at age 13 that showcases her language versatility. A song titled “me voy” Sung in Spanish and when I suggested to my Spanish speaking friends that they watch they were ALL in shock and disbelief. They informed me that her Spanish was perfect and her interpretation was emotionally impactful and moved them almost to tears. Don’t know if you reacted to one of my favorite songs by Diana. I think she was 15 or 16 and just won another contest and as a tribute she was accompanied by the famous Russian composer Igor at the piano and the song was written by Lara Fabian and titled “ Tomorrow Is A Lie” she performs it in English and the meaning of this song touched my heart. “ here and now” is all that exists. Tomorrow is a lie” And if you continue to venture chronologically backwards to the age of 10 where she sang a cover to a classic Beatles song titled “ Oh Darling” which to this day remains my favorite Beatles cover of this song. As far as new and to gauge how much she has improved, She just posted a few days ago on her fan club channel “ By Your Voice” ( the title is in Russian but if you click the 4:06 Version , that’s the one) She performed this song about a year ago but her new rendition is amazing. Over a couple years she has developed a higher head register ( not falsetto) that enables her sustain high notes and phrases. Well, that’s about it from this end. A hundred years ago you would never have heard of any of them. My wish for Diana is that her talent is not stifled by the Russian musical establishment.

Вы разве не знаете, что Димаш уже отказал в дуэте Анкудиновой летом 2019 года ???? И всячески дистанцируется от нее, удаляет все упоминания и запросы на нее со своего канала и инсты, те, которые ему забрасывают фанаты Анкудиновой ????)))) Для него она- одна из многих поющих подростков... Он отписался от нее во всех соц.сетях ( если был подписан))), и сказал, что он ее не знает вообще - только видел 2-3 раза в интернете на конкурсе для детей - сирот !!!

@@polinakarra9478 )) В вашей информации много несостыковок: - ДИМАШ никогда не был СНОБОМ и не относился пренебрежительно ни к другим певцам, ни, тем более, к ДЕТЯМ с трудной судьбой! - если, как Вы говорите, ДИМАШ удалял из Инстограмм запросы от фанатов ДИАНЫ, то с чего Вы взяли, что они там были? - а в- третьих, никогда не говори НИКОГДА! Я люблю ОБОИХ и желаю ОБОИМ успехов в их творчестве!

@@svetlanamakarova7780 Эти запросы на дуэт и сотрудничество с ней лились потоком 24 мая 2020 года на ЕГО Прямом эфире - это же все видели на его ( я лично тоже), что в инсте, что на канале в ютюбе - там чат просто пестрел от этих запросов, а на выходе - НИ ОДНОГО ни запроса, ни одного упоминания - чему я чертовски рада ))))) Я ее не люблю - у нее отвратительный голос, да и сама неприятная )))) Может он и не относился к ней пренебрежительно, он вообще никак не относился к ней, просто отказал в дуэте и общении )))))) Она же сама скрин этого и выставила в соцсетях ))))) Я ТОЖЕ желаю успехов Димашу !!!! А вам ЗАЧЕМ, чтобы он с ней пел, если он САМ НЕ хочет ??? За 2 года работы в России он НИ РАЗУ не упомянул о ней, и нет ни следа даже тени о ней, хотя он ПРИВЫК выставлять посты про всех мало - мальски его заинтересовавших людях, а тем паче о детях он постит все подряд !!!!! ))))

@@polinakarra9478 ))) ДИАНУ для себя я открыла Первой на проекте «Ты - Супер!» Ее Голос меня не отпускал, я по несколько раз слушала друг за другом Ее песни... И всё время выскакивал тогда не известный для меня ДИМАШ. Я сбрасывала, но потом все же решилась послушать. Это была SOS... Ну и всё, Я ПРОПАЛА! Прошло 2,5 года, я побывала на концертах в Нью-Йорке и в Москве- 09.03.2020! Я- DEAR все эти годы! ДИМАШ - Мой Кумир, Мой Бог! Но и ДИАНА меня не отпускает! Я слежу за ее творчеством, мне нравится ее Голос, он волнует меня! В нем есть Магия! Кстати, многие уважаемые реакционеры из разных стран ассоционируют этих двух артистов, называют их имена вместе. А некоторые говорят о их возможном дуэте... повторюсь: НИКОГДА не говори НИКОГДА! Время покажет! А вам- спасибо за общение!

@@svetlanamakarova7780 Я ТАКЖЕ была на нескольких сольниках Димаша в разных странах, в частности, в Кремле в России, и на Арнау в Астане - его я знаю УЖЕ 2 года !!! Сестра была на его сольнике в Лондоне... Реакционеры говорят и пишут о них вместе ТОЛЬКО из-за упрашиваний фанатов Анкудиновой, и клеят ее имя к его имени СПЕЦИАЛЬНО для ее пиара на ЕГО знаменитом имени ))))) ЕСЛИ сравнить реакции за 2017 и 2018 годы - ТАМ и тень о ней НЕ пробегала, а ее стали ЛЕПИТЬ к ЕГО имени в 2019 году, когда Димаш стал выступать в РОССИИ !!!! Так как соединяющая нить была Крутой - типа, вот они вместе под крылом Крутого, и Крутой их ВМЕСТЕ типа продвигает)))))))))))))))))) Хотя Крутой НИКОГДА не работал с Анкудиновой, и НЕ ХОЧЕТ- его интервью Татьяне Митковой... Димаш видел ее на "Ты-Супер" в феврале 2018 года по интернету, она тогда ему САМА написала, и он ответил ВЕЖЛИВО на ее пост. БОЛЬШЕ он НИ РАЗУ ей НЕ ответил...а когда она запросила дуэт с ним, он просто ОТКАЗАЛ ей ))))))))))) ЕСЛИ вы заметили, у него с ней НЕТ ни одной фотки, хотя на Новой Волне 2019 года она находилась от него на расстоянии вытянутой руки, но он СДЕЛАЛ ВСЕ, чтобы она к нему НЕ приблизилась, как и Крутой )))))))))))) Она сама после этого писала, что она специально ЛЕТАЛА из Москвы в Сочи, чтобы познакомиться с НИМ, но НЕ получилось )))) Хотя Демберела ООржака Крутой САМ ПОДВЕЛ к Димашу, и они сфотографировались вместе !!!)))) Все это говорит о том, что Димаш ПОПРОСИЛ Крутого сделать ВСЕ, чтобы ОНА НЕ приближалась к нему даже на пушечный выстрел )))))))))))))))))))))))) И вы ТАКАЯ смешная))) НЕУЖЕЛИ " уважаемые реакционеры " МОГУТ заставить Димаша петь с тем человеком, который неприятен самому Димашу ????)))))))))))))))))))))
