The footage was from 1986 (the same year that Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles "reconnected", as reported) and we can tell that at this point, the Princess was still very much in love with him by the way she looked at him. In contrast, he didn't even care about her at all, no eye contact, no holding hands and no support (there was no such kind of energy there). That's what makes me so sad and frustrated watching this video. There are so many what-ifs. They say that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And to the Princess, it did make her stronger and braver big time. Still, it killed her in the end. And I think the word "it" that I used was not just one thing but the combination of so many different things. Alas! It still hurts till today.
