Charles and Diana's Royal Tour of Cameroon - Extended Footage (1990)

On 21 March 1990, Diana, Princess of Wales and Prince Charles, Prince of Wales landed at Yaounde Airport, beginning their three-day Royal Tour of the Central African country of Cameroon. While Prince Charles visited the British Council building to make a speech on the ties between the UK and Cameroon, the Princess spent the afternoon with staff and pupils of Yaounde Deaf and Dumb School. The pair then reunited in the evening for a banquet held in their honour by Cameroonian president Paul Biya.

Cause they're one family. Hence others pop in. Also if someone wants to step down as a working Royal, they can. But talking badly about your own family, making fun of your family's traditions on a global platform, playing a victim card unnecessarily, and then making money out of it cause they're not able to make money constructively is completely unacceptable, especially when they know that the BRF would not say anything as per their policy, not then/not now. I've any ways stopped talking anything but positive about anyone in BRF (including Megan, Harry) since the family is going through a lot. Also if princess Diana wanted to do what Harry and megan did, she need not have married a prince. She knew what she was getting into as an institution and work. What she was not prepared for and for that matter no wife would be is the loneliness, isolation and open disloyalty. She never complained about being a princess of wales Or the work or the cameras (until security was removed post divorce). She dodged/managed/handled the brutal press to quite an extent and at times even used them effectively for the right causes

Diana was admirable in lots of ways but it seems to be well documented that it was only after Charles was aware of her first affair that he then resumed the affair with Camilla, his true love. It was, in all respects, an arranged marriage between a young damaged woman and a Prince marrying in order to have a heir to carry on his lineage. The Queen Mother had a great input into who the virgin bride would be, together with Lady Fermoy. Diana wasnt in love with Charles although she probably thought she was. But, she was a good mother although over indulgent with her youngest son and didnt discipline him. That fact is authenticated by lots of staff at the Palace.

Cameroon was a German protectorate split up between France and Britain after WWI. Both parts partially reunited in 1961 to form present-day Cameroon. The country's president Paul Biya is from the French-speaking side, so he usually speaks French, but Cameroon as a state is bilingual, as it as two official languages : French and English. But its people and its leaders are not necessarily bilingual.

At this point in time, the marriage was unofficially over. Diana had had several lovers. Charles had given up. And returned to his old girlfriend Camilla to whom he is now married. SO- Philip caused Fayed LOSS OF HONOUR and LOSS OF SALES. At thisctime, Diana was having a relationship with a heart surgeon Dr Hasnat Khan, but his Mother dud not want him to marry her. SO Fayed.... probably to annoy Prince Philip, invited Diana for a holuday on his yacht and told his son Dodi to get rid if the American girlfriend he had had for six years. Diana, being so famous, would bring A LOT OF FAME AND MONEY to Fayed. BUT- HE was negligent, and Dodi was stupud. They were having Diana driven around Paris in a FAULTY VEHiCLE with damaged seat belts. And a reckless, stupid driver on MEDICATION. He was not licensed to drive a limousine. The end result was that in trying to avoid the press pjotographers on motorcycles, the driver side-swiped another car, spun the mercedes, and hit a column, Dodi and the driver were killed, and Diana suffered severe internsl injuries which caused heart failure and eventual brain death, even though her hwart was restsrted . Mohammed el Fayed had been unintentionally responsible for the death of the Princess and his own son. He covered the evidence by gettong the daulty vehicle removed. He blamed Primce Philip. He then spent £2mill having a film.made that LOOKS LIKE A GENUINE DOCUMENTARY. . People who watch the fake doco are often taken in by it. 26:23 😢

Despite the fact that she was about 30, and has experienced a lot of Royal visits, she was only comfortable when meeting people innwheelchairs, or hosputal beds, or habdsome young men. Dianavwas HOPELESS at any task that was demanding. In the school of Deaf children, she NEEDED to communicate with an OBVIIYS show of pleasure. She shiwrd none. She needed to speak audibly so the teachers, and any child with rwsidue hearing coukd hear her voice. All she needed to say was Thank You. But she didnt. Her evening dress was gorgeous..... And totallyunsuitabke to wear in a situation which required A MODEST DRESS. That garment was fine for London bot NOT for a STATE VISIT to a country that was likely to be conservative.
