What is climbing for me? it changed my life twice - when I started climbing, and when I returned after a long recovery.
Rock climbing and bouldering, like all outdoor activities, provide a good chance to see the beauty of nature up close.

I tried many techniques to get good shape and eventually found my way.
In the first year and a half I lost about 36 kilograms. Then I increased my physical activity and returned to a healthy life, coping with spinal problems, excess weight and depression.
